Not only did they meticulously handle the repairs my car needed, but they also offered convenient transportation to and from my house. This service made my day so much easier! Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I was told that I needed a very expensive repair for my Mercedes from an another repair shop. The staff at Blair recommended that I come in to get a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money by diagnosing the correct repair. I was impressed with how the tech took me into the shop, addressed the problem, and explained the repair process. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I even received a follow up phone call to check on how my vehicle was running. Charles Hampton Go ask for Lucky!! The man most definitely fits his name, I had a flat on my 22 scatpack charger. The discount tire right next door didn’t have it in stock and told me I’d have to try later in the day or tomorrow (this was around 8:40 am btw). This place also didn’t have the tire on hand. Luck expedited a delivery, got the tire on hand and had it replaced and me back on the road within an hr. You’ve earned a new loyal customer! These Pirellis ride niceeee.
