5 /5 Kayla Smith: I RARELY leave reviews, but I returned home after service intending to provide a review for Drivers Edge McKinney, TX. From the moment I walked until I left it was a top notch experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner and taken care of promptly. I had misplaced my phone and returned home with my hubby thinking I’d left it, unaware that I had actually left it in my car. Employees found it and were attempting to call me when I got back to the counter. They were prompt and efficient with oil change and inspection. The charges were reasonable and I received a coupon for a FREE oil change next time. The waiting area is neat and clean. A great experience in a place with friendly professionals. I Highly recommend the McKinney location!

From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair estimate with no pressure. The repair was done on time, and my car is running smoother than ever. Its hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops these days, but Drivers Edge really earned my trust. Im very specific with my car and they recommend the right stuff, installed it amazingly, are the reason why I drive an extra 25 min just for to get my vehicle serviced at this specific location. 1 /5 Denis Gritsiyenko: I strongly don’t recommend this place. I called their number before visiting to check how much it might cost to recharge the Freon in my car. Someone at their shop responded, saying the cost would be around $160. When I arrived at the place, I re-explained the reason for my visit. They told me nobody at that place could have given me the $160 estimate, implying I’m either an idiot or a liar. They gave me an estimate of $260, and I agreed to it. Forty minutes later, the manager came over and said the cost would actually be $500. When I asked why, they explained it was because of the type of Freon. They already knew the model of my vehicle. This incompetence cost me two hours of my life.

1 /5 NA: It doesn’t take long or much to clean off the tires when you replace them. Instead of making my FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES LOOK NEW, they look old and awful! Take a little pride in your work and your customers! Tires aren’t cheap and you could put in a little more effort when people spend so much of their hard earned money!
