Charles Hampton Go ask for Lucky!! The man most definitely fits his name, I had a flat on my 22 scatpack charger. The discount tire right next door didn’t have it in stock and told me I’d have to try later in the day or tomorrow (this was around 8:40 am btw). This place also didn’t have the tire on hand. Luck expedited a delivery, got the tire on hand and had it replaced and me back on the road within an hr. You’ve earned a new loyal customer! These Pirellis ride niceeee.

John woodmansee I have a one off car. It is a 70 VW Squareback built on a 2001 Subaru frame and drivetrain. They were able to figure out a number of electrical systems on my car and kept me rolling along just fine. Thanks Ace!!

David Or Highly recommended! My car broke because of transmission issues. Dealership told me it had to be replaced. They are charging me so much money. Glenda and her team did a great job fixing our car for a great price! The car drives better than ever. They even cleaned out our headlights. They used to be yellow and now they looked brand new. Glad to find this repair car place and will now be my number one place for repairs!

Tamika Waller Make sure you check out Blair for all of your repair needs. The service and repair was Superb. I was told that I needed a very expensive repair for my Mercedes from an another repair shop. The staff at Blair recommended that I come in to get a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money by diagnosing the correct repair. I was impressed with how the tech took me into the shop, addressed the problem, and explained the repair process. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I even received a follow up phone call to check on how my vehicle was running. I will definitely be returning to Blair automotive for all repairs!

Allaina Ferguson I discovered Plano Lube & Auto Repair one morning leaving a local gym and I’ve been a customer ever since. I stopped in for an oil change and they got me in and out…QUICKLY! And at a reasonable price. My most recent visit included several services and they even cleaned off my engine and everything under the hood. Of course I’ll be back!

James Bagley All the crew are amazing with their caring, honest approach to diagnose and not change good parts out, but be precise. I went to 6 shops, including Audi Plano service center Majors identification of the low voltage from the ecm to the A5 Quattro camshaft position sensor. They swapped parts from left to right to confirm the cam parts were good, but the ecm was not . I got an estimate, and insurance covered my bills, too . My car was waiting on parts at their lot for weeks with no parking fees when parts were ordered. The staff will earn your trust . The manager will follow up to make everything right also.

Jessica H I have been bringing my Volkswagen GTI here for years. They are a family run honest company. Theyve also sent me home when there was not actually something wrong with my car, or the problem could be solved on my own. The owner said he wont replace a part that isnt broken. I really appreciate them, theyre a gem in Plano. Thank you for keeping my girl running smoothly! I could not go into the Volkswagen dealer in Richardson or McKinney without them finding $1000 minimum of repairs on my car. The red flag, their sales department was also really desperate to buy my car every time. Its a manual and a niche of people still really want those. If it was that "broken", why would they want it so badly? An oil leak that they quoted me $960 to repair, once I cleaned my engine bay, magically disappeared, and hasnt come back for 6 years now. What really happened was whoever changed my oil last spilled some oil down the side of my engine, and the dealership thought that was an oil leak. Nope, no more greedy dealerships. So overjoyed that I found a local business to support like Tommys. I have also recommended them to all my coworkers who drive European cars.

Michael Harrison I was offered a very generous price for a water pump replacement and the customer service was incredibly friendly. Had my car repaired in less than a day and they showed me exactly what was wrong with the part after it had been removed. Highly recommend!

Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.
