Alyssa Bennett I cannot say enough about what Scott and his crew have done for me. I moved to Texas a little over a year ago, up until April this year I had never seen hail in my life! I spoke to a few other places and decided to call Auto Hail Pros Just on a whim, and something just felt right about Scott! I will say it did take Just about 3 weeks, but one entire week of that we were just waiting on the insurance agent to come look at my car. Well worth the wait, and it helps they paid for my rental!! As a little bonus Scott even gave me a $100 gift card to a car wash. I mean how fantastic? My car looks great, and I am more than happy. Thank you to Scott and everyone who worked on my car!!

Michaela Hardy They definitely live up to the name and showed Integrity start to finish! I found this place due to high reviews and I see why they have the rating they do. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Grace L I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Im extremely happy with the services. Ill be returning soon with my daughters Honda Civic.

Alexa Woody I can’t recommend The Auto Shop enough! They saved me nearly $3,000 compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me—and honestly, what the dealership was trying to do felt like a total scam. The guys here are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop you can actually trust. The facility itself is also clean, well-kept, and professional. If you’re looking for a place that won’t take advantage of you and will treat you right, this is it.

Shu Hazinski People there were super friendly and they explained everything clearly and transparent. The shop was really nice and cozy. They even washed the car and vacuumed interior. I would definitely take my car for any future services!

Nastia V Best experience Ive had at an auto shop to this date. The staff was extremely pleasant. I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.

Jehad I had a great experience at Tire Zone! Brought my vehicle in for an alignment, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The owner is incredibly nice, honest, and clearly cares about doing quality work. The price was very reasonable, and I left feeling confident in the service I received.
