They get the job done quickly, the wait time is much shorter than most the auto shops. I feel safe to drive every time walking out this place. Give them a try and you’ll come back. Plus they are very nice to the customers. So glad I found them. No doubt they can open more locations.

Jason Moschos Prompt and high quality service at an excellent price. My car would not start and a jump was not working. He came out, diagnosed the issue (failing alternator killed the battery), and replaced the battery all same day and for less than just the cost of the tow to a mechanic would have been. Cannot recommend enough if you are lucky enough to be at home when your car dies!

Michael Harrison I was offered a very generous price for a water pump replacement and the customer service was incredibly friendly. Had my car repaired in less than a day and they showed me exactly what was wrong with the part after it had been removed. Highly recommend!

Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Jessica H I have been bringing my Volkswagen GTI here for years. They are a family run honest company. Theyve also sent me home when there was not actually something wrong with my car, or the problem could be solved on my own. The owner said he wont replace a part that isnt broken. I really appreciate them, theyre a gem in Plano. Thank you for keeping my girl running smoothly! I could not go into the Volkswagen dealer in Richardson or McKinney without them finding $1000 minimum of repairs on my car. The red flag, their sales department was also really desperate to buy my car every time. Its a manual and a niche of people still really want those. If it was that "broken", why would they want it so badly? An oil leak that they quoted me $960 to repair, once I cleaned my engine bay, magically disappeared, and hasnt come back for 6 years now. What really happened was whoever changed my oil last spilled some oil down the side of my engine, and the dealership thought that was an oil leak. Nope, no more greedy dealerships. So overjoyed that I found a local business to support like Tommys. I have also recommended them to all my coworkers who drive European cars.

Nesha Horn I had a great experience at Meineke! Robert & The team was professional, courteous, and really took the time to explain what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process, sending a view of my inspection via text message showing the issues and non-issues with pictures attached. Its clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
