Grace L I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Im extremely happy with the services. Ill be returning soon with my daughters Honda Civic.

James Bagley All the crew are amazing with their caring, honest approach to diagnose and not change good parts out, but be precise. I went to 6 shops, including Audi Plano service center Majors identification of the low voltage from the ecm to the A5 Quattro camshaft position sensor. They swapped parts from left to right to confirm the cam parts were good, but the ecm was not . I got an estimate, and insurance covered my bills, too . My car was waiting on parts at their lot for weeks with no parking fees when parts were ordered. The staff will earn your trust . The manager will follow up to make everything right also.

Michaela Hardy They definitely live up to the name and showed Integrity start to finish! I found this place due to high reviews and I see why they have the rating they do. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Nesha Horn I had a great experience at Meineke! Robert & The team was professional, courteous, and really took the time to explain what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process, sending a view of my inspection via text message showing the issues and non-issues with pictures attached. Its clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable car service!

Jennifer Flanders Wan was great! Took care of my car quick and great price!! Refilled my wiper fluid and details I didn’t even think to ask for Plus. It’s right next to a gas station in case you have to wait long but I was in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend

Shirley Hung I took my car to get checked out after a service at the dealership - to confirm whether the maintenance issues need to be addressed immediately or can wait. Davenport technicians gave an honest point of view that all the issues could wait (even highlighted that they didnt find a problem that the dealer said was there). In addition, they rotated the tires as part of the lookover service that they conducted. This second opinion was certainly worth the extra little $ and time that I spent. I will be taking my car to Davenport for servicing in the first instance in the future. Thanks!!!
