Nesha Horn I had a great experience at Meineke! Robert & The team was professional, courteous, and really took the time to explain what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process, sending a view of my inspection via text message showing the issues and non-issues with pictures attached. Its clear that they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable car service!

Grace L I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Im extremely happy with the services. Ill be returning soon with my daughters Honda Civic.

Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. Jinyoung Park-Turner I had a few maintenance items to take care of and I went to Yelp to secure some quotes from local mechanics. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Tamika Waller Make sure you check out Blair for all of your repair needs. The service and repair was Superb. I was told that I needed a very expensive repair for my Mercedes from an another repair shop. The staff at Blair recommended that I come in to get a second opinion. They saved me a ton of money by diagnosing the correct repair. I was impressed with how the tech took me into the shop, addressed the problem, and explained the repair process. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I even received a follow up phone call to check on how my vehicle was running. I will definitely be returning to Blair automotive for all repairs!

Yin Huang Great customer service. Very honesty people. They’ll let you know and show you the issues and provide competitive price. They get the job done quickly, the wait time is much shorter than most the auto shops. I feel safe to drive every time walking out this place. Give them a try and you’ll come back. Plus they are very nice to the customers. So glad I found them. No doubt they can open more locations.
