They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.
