Christina Martin The nurses and doctors of the ICU unit are wonderful. Dr. Hutchinson was fantastic. They took excellent care of my grandfather and the location was very clean (especially compared to Medical City Plano). The bistro had decent food, especially the hamburgers and I enjoyed the piano playing daily. Great hospital.

Lindsay Landingin I delivered my first child at this hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful! The nurses, doctors, and staff went above and beyond—‘thank you’ doesn’t even begin to cover it. They are all truly amazing! A special thank you to my nurse, Katie—I feel so blessed to have been cared for by her. She guided me through my contractions, helped me breathe through the pain, and supported me during my epidural. I’ll always be grateful for her kindness and care.

Leezas Spa LLC Libershteyn Today was officially the worst experience we have ever had at any clinics. I don’t know who runs this place, but it made DMV look terrific. My daughter had an appointment for iron infusion with doctor Khade today. We had all of the blood work done, spent 3 hours on filling out the incredible amount of paperwork online, came in all prepared, but not for this. First they couldn’t find her paperwork, when no one explained to us that today was only the consultation. My daughter called yesterday to ask some questions. They have never called back until the moment she was in the waiting room today where she set for 2 hours. They took her blood again! Then she waited some more. Had to go ask how much longer, they told her that for infusion she supposed to go to the other side of the building. She went there and waited for another 3 hours. Finally they told her that they are already closing, aaaand her infusion wasn’t supposed to be today. The staff are rude, everyone acts like it’s their first day at work. My daughter witnessed some really unprofessional behavior of the nurses. We are very disappointed in this place. I am giving one star because I can’t give 0.

Jenny ODell Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. It’s a reminder of how much of a difference compassionate healthcare can make. #lisfrancinjury #surgery #thepatient #texashealthhospital #dallas #frisco #patientsarepeoplenotjustbodies #wetreatyoulikefamily #patientsfirst

Michelle Nisar Gave birth here in December and had a very good experience. The nurses in labor and delivery were kind, attentive and supportive. Normally wouldn’t eat at hospitals, but wow, they have great food! Husband and I enjoyed the celebratory dinners the following day which tasted like restaurant quality. All the other meals were delicious too. The hospital itself was clean, new and visitors were always allowed.

Laura Ballard I have previously had a great experience in this ER. But the most recent visit was very concerning. I was experiencing chest pain and was immediately triaged and EKG performed. Without any status or communication and while in extreme pain, I was then put in the annex area of the ER, and for an hour, I was not monitored or spoken to. However, the APRN on duty spent repeated 15 minute sessions arguing with the patient next to me about her desire for unnecessary tests. He continuously went to her, entertaining her inquiries. After 1 hour, I was then seen by the APRN and provided prescribed medication for gastritis. After IV push of meds, no one ever checked in on me again to assess any reaction to meds or provide any insight. 4 hours after arrival, the APRN then came by indicating he was ordering an X-ray. When I asked if my EKG was ok, he indicated he had not even looked at it. As my pain continued, another GI cocktail was administered. APRN then apologized as he had failed to put in them-ray order. That was completed roughly 5 hours in and was negative. My RX was then sent to some random pharmacy and not the one I provided to the APRN, delaying my ongoing care the next day where my pain continued. I’m not sure what has changed in the last couple of years, but something is off and needs attention.

Dan Carman Came in with emergency room with full analysis of an open fracture on a Saturday night and that surgery should be performed asap. Dr. Jimenez determined that it was not an open fracture based on gut feeling that a rock caused the puncture wound and not bone. No surgery was performed. Waited for 4 hours before I was told me to wait a day and go into the ortho office to get it checked on Monday. Ortho confirmed open fracture and that it was not handled correctly. Could have had bone infection due to lack of surgery Surgery to repair fracture was great. Still have possibility of infection and waiting on symptoms to appear if infection is present.

Loopz Melendez I have currently been at this hospital since 11 in the evening all the way till what is 6o’clock now in the morning, I have been put in the hallway where they are a currently running back-and-forth other beds and trauma incidents that are banging against my bed and people yelling as well as throwing up everywhere writhing 5 feet of me . The lights are like asulyum lights I have been admitted to be here overnight and was promised a room on the second floor. I have yet to receive one and I am currently Have yet to have any sleep at all this entire night which is what my doctor told me I really need. now I have been asking for pain medication they have yet given it to me all in regards of a doctor not responding. They keep telling me that they have 30 patients more than me and they are very busy and that I am not of their concern right now And all they can do is give me a bed that is located in the middle of the hallway to sleep on, but there’s no way anybody could sleep here with all this noise going on all nurses laughing and other beds banging against mine to get them through. All the nurses going back-and-forth other people screaming yell the cops coming through. It has been literal hell and all I have asked for it was pain medication and promised a room And I guarantee you they will bill me as if they have given me a room and tons of medication like they gave me upstanding, proper care I am highly disappointed. I am going through so much right now obviously that’s why I’m in an emergency room and I’m being treated very poorly. I have asked on a several occasions to speak to the patient Advocator along with the House supervisor in the nurse in charge and my nurse kept telling me that they are going to tell me the exact same thing that she is telling me that she cannot help me. She cannot do anything for me other than get me earplugs. The pictures I have posted below are the nurses fishing into my right arm, which is located on my forearm having to take that out, creating a bruise and a love and it is very sore as well as right on top of that same arm they went ahead and entered another needle which also left A huge amount of blood as you can see on the picture and bruises as well. The other doctor try to put and take blood out of my other arm, which is my left arm and failed to do so and that’s when they had to take it out and poke me again twice on the other arm, leaving bruises and lumps and pain. I have been up for 20 hours now with no doctor to speak to no nurse to help me or any proper care in this facility. I am in disbelief and to be honest I am just extremely heartbroken about the experience I’ve had with losing my eyesight here no remorse. Nobody has any affection toward helping me and you expect at a hospital for people to care and have some hospitality . I have been left with no options nor solutions. I pray nobody ever has to go through what I went through here at this hospital. All I can do is be honest and share my experience so hopefully another person doesn’t have to go through this and they will remind you more than once that you are not the main concern.to then because they have 30 other patients to care for I also don’t understand why I had to be kept overnight if no one is giving me test results or haven’t spoken to a doctor in over 10 hours. I’m very confused. I feel as if though they are just trying to make extra money on your insurance by saying you stayed overnight and billing you as so . I have been sitting on a chair with a thin blanket and they called this proper care at a hospital for patients. They asked to stay and admit.

R David (DR) The worse place to go to with an emergency. After 4 hours after being admitted, they will not even give you a pain medication for migraine after having a seizure. No doctors available to give you test results after 4 hours and even needing to use the restroom is an act of congress. Filthy and unorganized. Staff is rude and gets even worse when people bring it up to their attention. I truly hope this gets their attention. Willing to go to the state with my complaint.

kasey ortiz DONT BRUNG YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The doctors are only there for 30 minutes a day and don’t see all the children he diagnoses children like he’s giving out free homes. The front desk African American old woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional it’s sad that’s the face you see walking in she couldn’t even give me her name let alone speak directly to me. I promise you this place will not help your children but will only cause more problems. My daughter was a patient there and I was told she had a list of problems, they only want you for your money.

Laure Borgerding My son recently completed an 8 week outpatient program (3 nights a week for 3 hours) for alcohol and substance abuse. Although he still is struggling with sobriety, the program was a positive experience for him and he learned a lot about what it will take to lead a life without alcohol. Other people there had drug addiction issues but the program covers it all. The cost seemed reasonable especially compared to 30 day inpatient programs which can run over $30K. Barbara was the main evening counselor and my son seemed to like and respect her knowledge and professionalism.

Christina Hutton Doctor Noel and Dr Bangs are great. The front office however does not keep track of calls properly. I e been charged for a no show 2 times. Once I cancelled same day. I understand that one but the other was flat tire where I was sitting on the side of the highway. 1 mile from the office. I called both times and theyre telling me there is nothing on file at all of me calling. Then decided to speak about my financials in front of everybody there in the office instead of taking me into a private room. Very unprofessional. Thats why I give the low star count.

Ron Nader I have been coming here for a while and it has ALWAYS been an unpleasant experience. This last time I made an appointment. I asked how much will everything cost. I even asked to check because I always end up paying more and guess what. I just paid $100 more than what I was told on the phone. AGAIN. Do not trust what they tell you on the phone. This will be my last visit here. My entire family such as uncles and grand parents stopped coming here a while ago. This places is EXTREMELY unorganized and no one knows what the heck is going on. Everyone gives you a different answer. If you call in to ask for something like how much will some procedure will cost, you can be 100% sure that it will be incorrect and you will ALWAYS get charged more. If you pay out of pocket here, you will always get a bill a month later for more money even when you paid for everything outta pocket. They even lost my EKG one time. When the doctors tells you to ask for something from the front desk, they literally never have a clue what their doctor was asking you to ask them. When you complain to the doctor, they will say they have nothing to do with the front desk and it is not their problem. I am in process of switching to another doctor. I am done with this place.

Jennifer K So me and my momma can sometimes be a bit chatty. The Nurse Manager Felicia Green came in to introduce herself. Mom mentioned that the building that we’re in, was opened the same day my brother was born. He was the first baby born here and then 13 months later she gave birth to the first sibling born here. Well Ms. Felicia talked to their Hospitality manager Francisco Gonzalez and he got with Melissa Winans and they brought my Momma a beautiful iris to commemorate. It was so sweet and kind! And they said they couldn’t leave me out so this boujie girl got a nice robe, some slippers, and eyes mask with ear plugs. This hospital is hands down the best!

Matthew Templeton Terrible customer service. Point of opportunity: Dont call a patients emergency contact at 5 am in the morning only to ask for admittance details and never give any information about the patient or why they are there. Seems like common sense that you would call with an important update first. 30 minutes later, every number I call doesnt seem to know who my family member is, but hospital administration got their intake done. Great checkbox.

Bette Rosenfield My elderly husband and I were treated terribly on our recent visit. He had had a seizure the night before, which I didn’t witness, but he had a bad scrape on his head. He was really weak, could barely walk and wouldn’t eat. They wouldn’t believe me about the seizure because I didn’t see it, although he has a history of episodes. They admitted him for “head trauma” because of the superficial scrape. The triage nurse wrote a disparaging remark on our admissions paper. After that it was all downhill. He incidentally has to be catheterized every 6 hours and it was due when we got there. I had to beg for 4 hours hours we were there for them to do it. We were there 8 hours. One nurse got in my face and yelled at for not giving a believable reason for being there. They did rule out head injury.

M As far as I am aware, the only appropriate diagnostic criteria to determine a patient has a headache is by asking them whether or not they have a headache, and by the patient responding positively. There is no lab test, no imaging scan. I was asked if I was there because my head ached. I said no and explained it was my trigeminal nerve. VERY MUCH NOT MY HEAD ACHING. Yet, somehow, the charlatan going by the name Dr. Erin Owens decided my primary diagnosis was.. headache. And my secondary diagnosis, cellulitis, was not conclusively proven by any testing, which is odd when you consider she aggressively pushed antibiotics to a patient with a prior history of recurrent c. diff infections. For some reason, giving me IV antibiotics to nuke my GI tract for a second time in the week wasnt enough, but she felt compelled to also call in a THIRD round for an infection she herself admits I likely do not have, and even if I did, would certainly not be responsible for the debilitating pain I was in. I told her my problem when she walked in the door and she balked. Doctors like this infuriate me. She didnt listen, she mistreated, and actively harmed me, violating her Hippocratic oath. She should be shamefully uncertified and stripped of all privileges, immediately, before she harms someone else.
