I’ve been getting treatments from her and Dr. Laali after an auto accident and you can’t ask for better professionals to help with your body aches and pains. I very much highly recommend them for your pain and chiropractic needs.

Cathy Blake This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Mallory Isbell I can’t thank Dr. Hill at the Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinic enough! I was struggling with severe depression for a long time, and nothing seemed to help. Additionally, Dr. Hill offers vitamins and CBD products that have been an amazing addition to my routine after the treatments. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. Randall Manring Great experience for me. My doctor recommended some basic scan and testing as part of my annual physical. I walked in the front doors and greeted almost immediately at the check in desk. Very brief check in experience and walked to the radiology waiting room. I was actually called back a few minutes before my 9am appointment. Lab tech was very nice and helpful and I was done and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Two thumbs up!

Scott L This place is wonderful. I wish I had known it was here a long time ago. The staff is kind and friendly. My psychiatrist is wonderful and Im excited to work on myself with their help. Parking can be a challenge but thats medical city plano for you. Not enough parking. Not green oaks fault, just be mindful and give yourself time before your appointment to find a spot to park. The office is easy to find and clean. Inviting and comfortable. I felt like I mattered and thats a good thing.
