VALERIE WALKER Health Services of North Texas is an excellent place to go. My experience there is an excellent one. I have been going there for close to 4 years now. I have only evere had great experiences with everyone there. Ana Archila, PA-C is my PA. She really listens to you. She wants to hear what you have to say. She is genuinely concerned about you. Her bedside manner is wonderful! She is excellent at her job! She goes above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone who wants excellent medical care from someone who is compassionate and concerned about you. I just cant say enough nice things about her and the excellent service she provides as a professional to her patients. The staff at Health Services of North Texas is great as well. Seng Kiojai N.P. Kandis Grant is not only very professional and thorough, but she’s extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable while treating you. I’ve been getting treatments from her and Dr. Laali after an auto accident and you can’t ask for better professionals to help with your body aches and pains. I very much highly recommend them for your pain and chiropractic needs.

Amanda Duck Dr. Kaplan is absolutely amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you. I feel like he truly cares about me and my physical and mental health. Zach Washam Yesterday, my wife had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon. She had never had surgery before and was nervous. Our flawless experience at this center made a difficult day much better than it could have been. The staff was excellent (Marsha did a great job of welcoming us; Sarah took good care of us after the surgery was over). Processes were well-designed, transitions were smooth, communication was clear, and care was warm and sincere. We appreciated the prayer card in our take-home information packet. Overall, we received wonderful support in a time of need. Thank you all for your good work.

Lori Liane My doctor sent me to the ER @ Texas Presby after blood test results revealed some urgently low levels, and I was so impressed I just had to leave a review to say thank you for the impeccable care I received. I was immediately given a room and minutes later, the doctor arrived and started providing me with detailed information regarding my specific situation/treatment - which involved several infusions requiring two IVs, a process to which I dont react very well. However, not only did they handle my distress with compassion and respect, the amazing nurses kept me talking and distracted while they put two IVs in so efficiently I didnt even realize one was in and barely felt the other at all. As I received my infusions over the next 6 hours, I was checked on regularly, brought warm blankets and anything else they could think of I might need, and it never took my nurse more then a minute or two to be in my room if I needed help with something. Overall, at a time when I wasnt at my best, the Texas Presby emergency room was there to provide me excellent treatment and just an overall outstanding experience - and I cant say thank you enough!
