Christina Hutton Doctor Noel and Dr Bangs are great. The front office however does not keep track of calls properly. I e been charged for a no show 2 times. Once I cancelled same day. I understand that one but the other was flat tire where I was sitting on the side of the highway. 1 mile from the office. I called both times and theyre telling me there is nothing on file at all of me calling. Then decided to speak about my financials in front of everybody there in the office instead of taking me into a private room. Very unprofessional. Thats why I give the low star count.

Yriver This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.

Dan Crews Favorite doctor Ive ever had. Very kind, honest, supportive, and knowledgeable. So glad I found Dr. Benjamin and hope I never have to find another PCP. Also big shout out to the assistants and front office staff - they are always so polite and accommodating.

Lori Liane My doctor sent me to the ER @ Texas Presby after blood test results revealed some urgently low levels, and I was so impressed I just had to leave a review to say thank you for the impeccable care I received. I was immediately given a room and minutes later, the doctor arrived and started providing me with detailed information regarding my specific situation/treatment - which involved several infusions requiring two IVs, a process to which I dont react very well. However, not only did they handle my distress with compassion and respect, the amazing nurses kept me talking and distracted while they put two IVs in so efficiently I didnt even realize one was in and barely felt the other at all. As I received my infusions over the next 6 hours, I was checked on regularly, brought warm blankets and anything else they could think of I might need, and it never took my nurse more then a minute or two to be in my room if I needed help with something. Overall, at a time when I wasnt at my best, the Texas Presby emergency room was there to provide me excellent treatment and just an overall outstanding experience - and I cant say thank you enough!

K George Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

Cathy Blake This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Farhana Everyone at Collin County ENT -Frisco is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Tony Peter is an outstanding Surgeon. He is the one of the most patient and compassionate Doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to understand each of my questions patiently and professionally and then addresses them. The surgery went well, and he addressed my issues effectively! His medical assistant Christina Nguyen is very attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Tony Peter and his Medical Assistant Christina Nguyen continue to take excellent and compassionate care of me.

VALERIE WALKER Health Services of North Texas is an excellent place to go. My experience there is an excellent one. I have been going there for close to 4 years now. I have only evere had great experiences with everyone there. Ana Archila, PA-C is my PA. She really listens to you. She wants to hear what you have to say. She is genuinely concerned about you. Her bedside manner is wonderful! She is excellent at her job! She goes above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone who wants excellent medical care from someone who is compassionate and concerned about you. I just cant say enough nice things about her and the excellent service she provides as a professional to her patients. The staff at Health Services of North Texas is great as well. If you or anyone you know including children needs a great doctor Health Services of North Texas is the place to go for excellent care!

Carollyn Tackett Dr Ranjan is a wonderful physician. She is always attentive to my needs and is a truly kind and caring person. I have been a patient for a number of years and will continue to do so. Additionally , she and her staff are very responsive to messages and promptly return phone calls. Very helpful and caring people !
