Carmen X My son introduced me to this Urgent Care back in January of 2021. I keep on getting my care here because of the excellent staff: Syeda, at the front desk, Hamida, NP, Ayesha, MA. They are fabulous! They are courteous, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly. The physician assistant, Muhammad Arshad Bhalli is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring professional. One of the most important things when you are ill and you go to visit a doctors office is that they listen to you, they sympathize and empathize, and not feel rushed; and believe me, they listen. At this point, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to my son Danny for bringing me here when I was ill and thank you Urgent Care of Texas in Plano for your excellent service.

Amanda Duck Dr. Kaplan is absolutely amazing! He takes his time and really listens to you. I feel like he truly cares about me and my physical and mental health. I recommend him to any and everyone that asks. The office staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. So happy to have found Dr. Kaplan and this office!

Faith Dr. Hina Cheema is probably the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She read my history and notes and the very first question she asked me when she walked into the treatment room was, “how are you doing.. emotionally and mentally?” She is the first doctor to acknowledge that things for me haven’t been easy lately with my health and she knew I was struggling. In that moment when she asked me that, I knew she wasn’t just making conversation or small talk. She truly cared about me and I was a complete stranger she had only seen for 5 seconds. Dr. Cheema is highly skilled and intelligent and she is extremely thorough. But most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and treats every single patient with the upmost respect. She listened to me and actually heard what I had to say. She didn’t just listen to respond. Dr. Cheema has some of the best bedside manners and she truly treats her patients like family. If you ever need her expertise and services, I promise you will be in amazing hands and the staff at this office will take the best care of you. The front desk staff and medical assistants were so kind to me today. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not having insurance or a primary doctor. Today, I felt like every person working in that building cared about me, my health, and getting me better. Thank you all so much for the kindness and the compassion you extended to me.

Katherine Green I just had my first appointment with Dr. Moon. He listened to all of my concerns and took the time and addressed and discussed them. I have never felt as heard as I did today with a doctor. Definitely feel confident in my decision to choose Dr. Moon.

LaTosha Adams I was nervous going to the ER on a Friday night but I was taken back to triage, vitals taken and placed in a room all within 20 minutes. My ER nurse Alexis was attentive, professional and provided excellent care. The imaging technician Ashley was also amazing. I was in the ER a little over an hour and was admitted to a regular room where the exemplary service continued.

Jenny ODell Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. Christina Martin The nurses and doctors of the ICU unit are wonderful. Dr. Hutchinson was fantastic. They took excellent care of my grandfather and the location was very clean (especially compared to Medical City Plano). The bistro had decent food, especially the hamburgers and I enjoyed the piano playing daily. Great hospital.

Farhana Everyone at Collin County ENT -Frisco is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Tony Peter is an outstanding Surgeon. He is the one of the most patient and compassionate Doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to understand each of my questions patiently and professionally and then addresses them. The surgery went well, and he addressed my issues effectively! His medical assistant Christina Nguyen is very attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Tony Peter and his Medical Assistant Christina Nguyen continue to take excellent and compassionate care of me.
