Jeremy Rasler Let me start by saying as an ER nurse myself with 22 years experience, for a small community Critical Access Hospital this facility is Amazing! Both ER nurses Monica RN (Charge) & Star LPN were top notch clinicians both of whom deserve Daisy Awards for outstanding patient care and going above and beyond to make sure I was stabilized until they could get me transferred to another facility for higher level of care! The physician was also wonderful but unfortunately I do not remember his name. Moreover should you need true emergency care this community hospital it on top of patient care and assessment. The emergency department staff truly know now to stabilize and get you the care you need. Because of my illness I was transferred to another facility via Ambulance which also went very smoothly and EMS also did their best to try and keep me as comfortable as possible. The office itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. One of the biggest conveniences is the ability to get lab work and other tests done on-site the same day, saving both time and effort. Dr. Shaaban is an excellent listener who takes the time to understand my concerns and works with me to find the most cost-effective, overall best treatment plan for my health. Additionally, the office’s software makes accessing my records incredibly easy, which is a huge plus. Overall, I appreciate the high level of care and convenience this practice provides.”

Heather Jeter Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Roseanna Grimsley We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

Sarah Emery I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Sabrina Anglin My name is Xiomara Anglin my experience was great everyone on my surgery team was super helpful to me, I feel so comfortable going in surgery. I felt so safe . Dr Webb, the nurse when I wake so nice sitting by beside talking to me .when out of recovery room a the second room the was so patient and sweet towards me.
