5 /5 Sarah Emery: I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!

5 /5 Alyssa Sato: I brought my daughter here when she was running a high fever that we couldn’t break. Our sweet nurse Shannon took amazing care of us and she was so kind and patient with my daughter through testing. I really enjoy going to this ER on the beach because we are typically seen pretty fast and we usually go at night. Shannon has been our nurse a couple different times throughout our trips to this ER, and I remember her name because she is always the biggest help. The docs are also amazing, attentive, and understanding.

5 /5 Joe Zednick: This is without a doubt the best emergency room Ive ever experienced. (and unfortunately Ive been in several) The entire staff was helpful and very friendly, I could tell I was in good hands. It was a scary time for me arriving in an ambulance and not knowing why I passed out at home. They quickly had me in a room and were running all kinds of tests. 1 /5 Diane Cook: Worst Hospital I think I’ve ever been to. I walk in at approximately 1:15 in the afternoon then sign in and then you wait for someone to come and take your blood and stool samples and then they leave blood pressure cuff on you and tell you to go back in the waiting room. I got called back finally at 10 something PM while the Hospital waiting room wasn’t that busy. the thing I think I was mostly upset about is because new people would come in and leave. it seemed like as old people there were there forever. well, they never did put an IV in me when I seen anybody come out of the blood room. They had IV hooked up already so when they finally did call me back, they wanted to give me some IV fluoride didn’t have no IV so they never tried anybody else to get me an IV. I did give him a bowel stool to get tested when I first got there and by the time they called me back, they couldn’t find my stool. They actually lost my shit so I lost my shit. Went home with nothing done lost over 13 pounds in last five days with having diarrhea every hour and sometime more. With having many accidents. I had went to urgent the day before at least they did more for me I got iv fluids. Now today I’m still sick but will stay home because my body couldn’t go through that another day. I have no results on my stool test. Tell say they would call to tell me results, but I don’t have any faith that they don’t lose it again. I understand trauma needs to be seen first . Then it should be who comes in first. I think you were just wanting me to get mad enough to leave. One person went to her car to lay down and rest told them and she asked them to text her when they wanted her. . Well guess what that didn’t happen rather. They came out and called her but they didn’t text her so when she came back in she was so upset she had to wait longer. She had been crying and upset with pain most of 5-6 hrs I seen her. You really need to set up your hospital differently. The people you have working are great people and they deserve better because they are getting the brunt of all the unsatisfied people. When I start to feel better I will write and tell you how bad I really think you are

5 /5 Jo Ann Revell: Everyone was so nice and made my daughter laugh. She twisted her ankle and was in pain. They were very thorough and fast with X-rays and explained everything very well.
