5 /5 Don Jackson: Dr Aboulela and his staff hands down are the best in Bay County. Ive been using him for years and have never had to wait in his lobby for more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. And once seen by a nurse who takes all the time necessary to triage you, he than comes in and is kind, compassionate, thorough and informative with a great bedside manner. He immediately e-scripts any RX to the pharmacy of your choice and does not wait until the end of the day to do this. And lastly if you need him for any reason between actual visits, he will quickly schedule a telehealth visit for you. Words cant describe how great he and his practice is.

1 /5 Nancy Sastre: WORST OFFICE IN PANAMA CITY My husband had a MRI and MRA of his brain, ordered my Aboulela. Got a call from his office that he needed to come in to go over the results, "could he come in this afternoon?" 4 times that day someone called for him to come in. Needless to say we were very worried as we dropped everything to run to his office. They collected his co-pay before we could see the doctor. Aboulela didnt know why we were there. Didnt remember he ordered the MRIs and then had a trainee read the results, out loud. Nothing wrong, just wanted to get payment. Very unprofessional office. Highly recommend you go somewhere, anywhere else.

1 /5 Rachel Cromwell: Worst office ever. Called in a week ago for a prescription refill and they said they were taking care of it. I called yesterday twice and they said again they were taking care of it. Called today and again they are taking care of it and then when I called a second time, oh we can’t fill your medicine because you aren’t taking it. A medicine I cannot stop abruptly, but they forced me to. So now I have to find another doctor that will listen to my needs and get me back on track. Denise is the one they tried having me talk to and she just kept saying we can’t refill your medicine. Do yourself a favor if you care about your health and want to be listened to go somewhere else. They run this office like a herd of cattle, push you through just to get their money and they don’t spend any time listening to their patients.
