5 /5 Roseanna Grimsley: We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

5 /5 Maygan Ingram: Another fantastic review coming in!! We all know taking our children to the doctor can be scary for them and us as parents. This office not only accepts our healthcare (when a lot do not) but they are amazing! All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond what is expected of them! They are patient and kind. For my son, who has always feared doctor visits, this is a huge deal. A very special nurse has helped him get through his fear of shots and gone out of her way to make him comfortable and her patience is truly unmatched! If you are on the fence about choosing a doctors office, I hope this helps you make the right decision.

5 /5 Kayla Denise: We see the P.A McKenna Devlin and love her ! She’s always very attentive during office visits. She listens to your concerns and takes any and all actions to ensure the wellbeing of our baby girl. This gives us a comforting sense that she takes everything into consideration. Lastly, she’s very warm and loving to our baby. She will snuggle her when our baby is upset and calm her down when we as parents may feel overwhelmed. I will always appreciate how she treated me postpartum as if she was my physician. Can’t say enough great things !!!

5 /5 Ashley Williams: My 6 year old is a new patient and only had 1 visit but so far I like the service they provided and they were all extremely nice and really easy to communicate with. My daughter loved them and I highly recommend them.

1 /5 Devonna Mullis: I have been with this office for a few years now. I have had zero issues until this year. Our primary care doctor Susan left and now we see a different doctor every time we go in. I absolutely loved Susan and McKenna is super sweet, however, you can no longer call the office. There is a call center who ask a ton of questions before making an appointment. I asked for medical records to change my sons school and its been 3 weeks and nothing. I got a call from a call center rep in regards to something completely unrelated. Its absolutely impossible dealing with them. You have to leave messages with a call center rep and expect a response and get nothing. I hate this is the route they chose to take because baldwin pediatrics was so much better before pediatric associates. The staff is absolutely wonderful when you actually get to speak with them and there is never much of a wait time. They did after hour appointments for a few months and discontinued which was beneficial for working parents. I give the staff 5 stars, but the call center would be 0. They are no help at all and as others have stated most of them do not speak English.
