Chidinma Barrett Dr Johri works at this location alongside with the Castro valley team. She’s the worst doctor I’ve had the displeasure of seeing for my health. Avoid her at your own risk.

Dung Tran My dad has been there since December 2018. Current Date is 08/10/21. Theres times when it can get difficult to reach anyone by phone on the weekends, but they have treated my dad with the utmost respect and kindness. My dad sometimes has a hard time understanding the staff because he speaks Vietnamese mostly, but somehow they make it work. Thank you Hayward Hills!

Luis Great care for an emergency situation. Spent a week hospitalized and was treated with respect and care. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring and tried their best to make sure my recovery was speedy. The nurses and staff in 2N were outstanding.

Mary Kaili I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They dont let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. ♥️ Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care.

Sandy Bendeck Rydell Dr. Atchison is a wonderful, talented, and expert optometrist. She is so thorough and kind with our young daughter. I highly recommend her and am so appreciative of her care!

Angela Lacayo Almost two years ago I had to place my Dad at Hayward convalescent and I dont regret my decision, Everyone has helped me in process and I see how happy my dad is. The entire staff is very nice, sweet, kind, helpful,friendly, I couldnt do it without them. My dad is well taken care of he enjoys his daily activities, he is singing, dancing, he loves the staff. My dad is always clean, They keep me updated with his progress, medication, etc. I am very happy to see my dad happy. Thank you everyone at Hayward Convalescent!! Gema E.

E M I was admitted here many weeks ago. I have been in ICU and not. I like the ICU and the nurses there. the staff is friendly and most days knowledgeable about everything. Those that aren’t get someone who is. Speaking with the doctors can take some time but they are friendly and answer questions in a way I understand. Rehab is amazing. They are the highlight of my day.
