5 /5 Dung Tran: My dad has been there since December 2018. Current Date is 08/10/21. Theres times when it can get difficult to reach anyone by phone on the weekends, but they have treated my dad with the utmost respect and kindness. My dad sometimes has a hard time understanding the staff because he speaks Vietnamese mostly, but somehow they make it work. Thank you Hayward Hills!

1 /5 Frisco415 California: Horrible place. It’s old dirty and falling apart. The health care is terrible. My family memeber suffered there. Left in dirty diapers for 6-9 hours. The help isn’t helping. Don’t send anyone you love there. This is a place where people go to die alone. It pains me to know the things my loved one went through. Our family was always there with our family members a lot and we made our presence known hoping they would see see that he has people in his life, hoping they would do better but it never happened. This place is falling apart with no plans on doing any repairs. Every time I arrived there the employees where sitting down on there phones while patients yell and scream for help. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

5 /5 Emmanuel R: The doctor suggested that my mom go to a nursing home after her hip surgery and this place was 1 of 3 options. I was reluctant to send my mom anywhere because of the bad rapport from the news and social media of how these places treat our elders. I chose Hayward Hills because they went beyond expectations to make sure mothers stay was comfortable and the care given was genuine. They were first to respond after calling each nursing home and I was given a virtual tour immediately by their Marketing Director. They made the transition very smooth and easy that I had forgotten about the other prospects. The nursing staff took care of my mom very well and attended her every need. My only concern now is that my mom doesnt want to leave. My review was based on post pandemic June 2021-July 2021. I hope by telling my experience will help another family in their decision making process during a difficult time in their life.

1 /5 Jay doggy Walton: This place is horrible. Do not send you love ones here. My dad has been in this place since August, I have little to no communication with his guess. I have called everyday for the last weeks, left messages and spoke with the receptionist, no one has even called me back. I have requested for the doctor the nurse or my father social worker to give me a call still I have not received a car. I have requested either email address or a direct number in which I have not received either. When I am transferred to the nurse or social worker by the receptionist Irma, all of their voicemails are full so I can’t even leave a voicemail for someone to give me a call back.Obviously they have Covid restrictions, that doesn’t allow for anyone to come to the facility. So I am left to keep calling with no response or answers as to what’s going on with my father, not to mention he has tested positive for Covid. They have not given me any updates on his condition. I warn anyone please do not send your love one to this facility. Signed a worried daughter

5 /5 mary reilly: The facility is very clean and the nurses are beyond the best, they are kind, loving, and know how to make you feel comfortable. The food is not have bad, not like when you cook it yourself but darn close. I WILL GIVE THE FACILITY A 100 STARS IF I COULD. LONG STORY SHORT, IF I HAD TO COME BACK IT WOULDNT BE TERRIBLE, IT WOULD BE NICE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL OTHERS TO ASKED TO GO HERE THEN ANY OTHER FACILITIES.
