1 /5 Jon Langshaw: After scheduling specifically with this facility because it ties into an aggregated app for my company’s healthcare, I arrived at the appointment 10 minutes early. After 60 minutes, we still did not see a doctor. When I asked why we had not been seen, expressed my displeasure, and stated I would leave, the nurse simply said, “ok” and smiled. She also could not give me a reason why we had not been seen and almost acted as if she was trying to ignore me and my daughter. Don’t go here, go ANYWHERE else. Go to the 7-Eleven for a diagnosis before you come here.

5 /5 Mary Kaili: I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They dont let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. ♥️ Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care.

4 /5 Christopher Borges: For COVID Testing: Arrived at 8am on Dec. 29 in the drive-thru line, no appointment (appointments right now are only available about 5 days in advance). It took about 2.5 hours to get through and get tested. When Monica (nurse) arrived, she was very friendly and I even remarked that I had to do ANOTHER test that weekend due to an international flight. She helped me get an appointment (which you can only do if you talk to someone personally). I was pretty impressed, but the wait is really long (when I left there were cars out into the street and I imagine close to a 4h wait).

1 /5 I am Slay3r11602: HORRRIBLE SERVICE put my family into a panic over a false positive covid test a few weeks before our first family trip out of california ever. The doctors were extremely unhelpful in trying to figure out what was wrong with me, they tested me twice on things that had already been negative and refused to test for anything new. They then told me it was covid which made no sense im fully vaxinated and wear my mask literally everywhere. My family and i got tested as a whole the very next day in oakland and all of us came back negative myself included. Will not be returning and would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy extremely dissatisfied with your service
