St. Francis Urgent Care Center - Hayward (CA)

1 /5 raquelelissa ross: ABSOLUTELY zero stars. I had an appointment at 1pm, I waited 30 mins to ask what the delay was. They then proceeded to tell me I have to wait another 1-2 hours to be called back. I have a full time job & cannot come & go as I please. I called yesterday & they urged me to book an appointment to avoid longer wait times. So I come here on time for them to completely disrespect my time. If I’m gonna wait a hour or 2 I might at well go to the emergency room, which I’m doing as I type. They do not respect your time & have terrible customer service. I’d like to single out a receptionist named Omira for terrible customer & condescending attitude.

1 /5 Alok Jethanandani: Had an appointment on Sunday Nov 6 2022 at 12:45pm. Arrived at 12:46pm and found that the clinic was closed. No staff was present. The doors were shut. Yet you’ve confirmed my appointment and have taken my insurance info. I can’t even leave your staff a voicemail. Terrible and unacceptable service for a patient who came for an urgent medical issue.

1 /5 Liliana Muniz: Had a very wonderful experience at St. Francis. For one I’ve been a patient there for quite a while so they should know me and would have thought there was some respect but apparently not. So long story short went to get medicine they gave me a shot I ended up drowsy after I was going to pull out of driveway so I waited for a moment and all of a sudden a car comes through very impatiently honking their horn so I turned to look because I was out of it for a second wondering what the hell is he holding his horn for next thing you know Dr . Bhandari the “Medical Director “ came banging on my window i didn’t feel safe at this point because the anger he had then opened my door without my permission and threatened to call police on me saying this is private property that I need to leave I felt unsafe and very confused because I’m a patient here and the way I was treated was not OKAY AT ALL. Told him I was a patient after he called police on me when I just had a shot from your doctors and I felt very drowsy . I felt he could Of handled that another way but didn’t and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .

1 /5 Bette Garcia: There is nothing "Saintly" about this place so Im not sure why its called Saint Francis. More like Lucifer. Walked in for an appointment, the male receptionist had the sassiest attitude ever. Acted like he owned the clinic. I sat outside in the hot summer sun per his direction to complete paperwork and when I went inside I asked if they did chest X-rays as I was told to get one per an online urgent care doctor. The receptionist said they dont do chest X-rays there. I also asked if they could bill me for my copay and was told that was not allowed even though I was told by my insurance that they do. I wouldnt take my dog there for treatment. Go somewhere humane, professional, and competent.
