The entire staff was courteous and prompt and I felt like they cared for my well being. Will be visiting this urgent care again and not because it’s so close to home! The entire process was an A+. 5 /5 Angel Mondragon: I visited the San Leandro location on 02/27 for a severe flu and booked a same-day appointment through ZocDoc. The entire process was fast and smooth. My provider, Aria Alokozai, PA-C, was excellent. Check-in took less than a minute, and I was quickly taken to a room where they checked my vitals (blood pressure, temperature) and tested me for the flu (I had Flu B) and COVID. After that, the PA conducted additional checks, gave me a diagnosis, and in about 15–20 minutes, I was on my way to CVS to pick up my prescription. By the next day, I was already feeling much better. I highly recommend this clinic! The staff is professional, and everything is handled efficiently.

I did not have my drivers license with me as I had just Return from 10 days abroad, but she gladly accepted a copy of my passport. The wait to see the doc was about 10 Minutes. Exam room was roomy. The doctor was all business, which was fine by me, Gave me a discussion of the findings sent the prescriptions to Costco This is a great urgent care Practice!
