Emari Jackson I just called to make an appointment and they said they don’t have availability for all of February so I’m changing my pcp hoping to find a better one

Steven French Not a pleasant experience at all. I arrived worried I might be having heart issues. You will not be greeted by a person just a sign says to fill out a form. After some time, maybe 30min, I was interviewed about my issue. Maybe 30min later I was given an EKG and told to wait in the lobby. Three hours later I was advised the Dr was still too busy to discuss the results. In the end I never actually spoke to a Dr. Just a couple of nurses who only could say the Dr said the results didnt look too bad but that I needed to stay. Why stay if the results were OK? This had me still very anxious and nervous. I understand emergency rooms help in order if severity but I cannot accept that after that long not knowing if I was OK or not,that I wasnt worthy of 2 or 3 minutes from a Dr to calm my anxiety about my test results. I will not go back.

Sandy Bendeck Rydell Dr. Atchison is a wonderful, talented, and expert optometrist. She is so thorough and kind with our young daughter. I highly recommend her and am so appreciative of her care!

Jose j. Paz II I had to stay overnight, the staff was friendly and the food was awesome. I want to say the quality of food rivaled eden in castro valley. I would give a 5th star, but long wait times and lack of private rooms are important to factors to me

Dung Tran My dad has been there since December 2018. Current Date is 08/10/21. Theres times when it can get difficult to reach anyone by phone on the weekends, but they have treated my dad with the utmost respect and kindness. My dad sometimes has a hard time understanding the staff because he speaks Vietnamese mostly, but somehow they make it work. Thank you Hayward Hills!

Luis Great care for an emergency situation. Spent a week hospitalized and was treated with respect and care. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring and tried their best to make sure my recovery was speedy. The nurses and staff in 2N were outstanding.

Drew Hancock Takes one month or more to get an appointment. They canceled an appointment I had and asked me to reschedule another month out! No thanks, going elsewhere. Also, even if you have a PPO you still need a specialist referral, so you have to sit through a months long process to be seen by a doctor that actually knows what they are dealing with. Probably just to rack up useless xray charges and lab fees for the pcp. Thanks for nothing.

Camryn Williams The doctor here minimized and completely brushed off all of my concerns. My appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t get seen till 5 o’clock. I felt she disregarded my concerns so she could hurry up and clock out. As a women’s doctor, you’d think she would be more attentive to other women’s concerns but no. If I could give them 0 stars I would, if you have the option, please do not come here. Find a physician who cares and takes patients seriously.
