Steven French Not a pleasant experience at all. I arrived worried I might be having heart issues. You will not be greeted by a person just a sign says to fill out a form. After some time, maybe 30min, I was interviewed about my issue. Maybe 30min later I was given an EKG and told to wait in the lobby. Three hours later I was advised the Dr was still too busy to discuss the results. In the end I never actually spoke to a Dr. Just a couple of nurses who only could say the Dr said the results didnt look too bad but that I needed to stay. Why stay if the results were OK? This had me still very anxious and nervous. I understand emergency rooms help in order if severity but I cannot accept that after that long not knowing if I was OK or not, that I wasnt worthy of 2 or 3 minutes from a Dr to calm my anxiety about my test results. I will not go back.
