St. Rose Hospital: Emergency Room - Hayward (CA)

1 /5 Steven French: Not a pleasant experience at all. I arrived worried I might be having heart issues. You will not be greeted by a person just a sign says to fill out a form. After some time, maybe 30min, I was interviewed about my issue. Maybe 30min later I was given an EKG and told to wait in the lobby. Three hours later I was advised the Dr was still too busy to discuss the results. In the end I never actually spoke to a Dr. Just a couple of nurses who only could say the Dr said the results didnt look too bad but that I needed to stay. Why stay if the results were OK? This had me still very anxious and nervous. I understand emergency rooms help in order if severity but I cannot accept that after that long not knowing if I was OK or not,that I wasnt worthy of 2 or 3 minutes from a Dr to calm my anxiety about my test results. I will not go back.

1 /5 Sue D: Worst ER. Incompetent doctors and nurses. They will experiment on your body until they can’t anymore and then transfer you somewhere else. Asked for a cup of water all night and nothing. That’s how they take care of their patients.

1 /5 Ismo Baig: Worst ER experience ever. They always have only 1 doctor who works 12hrs shifts per day. Been here multiple times same bad experience. Waited for many hours to be seen by doctor and wait again for discharge. Hospital is dirty and smells. Don’t waste your time. Drive few minutes to Fremont or Castro valley. Way better service. Worth the 10 minutes extra drive than waiting for hours.

1 /5 GURISHAR SINGH: I came here on 3/3/22 at 2.30pm and and they called me 5.30pm and get my urion sample and said wait out side. 6:50pm they called me again and get blood sample. 7 to10pm no one come and I asked on window they said we don’t know anything. Before I left I request to one of the nurse and I request her of you can ask anyone inside and help to my wife. I would say if you can wait go to Fremont hospital. Don’t go in this hospital.
