2 /5 Zdenek Dohnalek: This is the worst service center I have ever been to.
Six months ago:
I went there for a recall. Made an appointment and they recommended an oil change and wheel alignment. I agreed. When the service was done and I paid I asked about the recall. They said the part did not make it in and I will have to come back. No one bothered to let me know beforehand, and I was furious. I asked to talk to the manager and gave him an earful. To their credit, they came picked up my car, and did the recall without me needing to go there.
Today:
For the first time, I came without an appointment and was first in the express line. When I was processed, I was told it would take 1-1.5 hr. I asked why and was told that anyone with an appointment would move ahead of me. What kind of Express line (no appt required) is that?
After 1hr 15 min waiting, I went to check what was going on with my car. They found the paperwork and said it was done. No one bothered to notify me when it was actually done. They found that one of my tires is asymmetrically worn down to the belt on the inside. I had the alignment done by this service 6 months ago!
This is simply the worst service center that I have ever been in. I had a similarly negative experience the last time I was there.
Never again!
