Dave jumped my battery and then charged my battery for several hours as well as washing it. Now it’s running great. I appreciate all the time he took to fix it properly; good job Dave!

Chris L Tyler at 360 Automotive really came through for us! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a prepurchase inspection on a used car we were considering. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough weve seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

Darlene Meigs I so appreciate Josh and his crew, they give me the confidence and trust that I havent had in a mechanic service ever before. S P My check engine light popped on and the dealership couldnt even get me in to check the codes so I knew if my car was safe to drive. MSAR was able to get me an appointment Monday morning and called me throughout the process. I was back in my fixed car the following afternoon. Great staff. Plan to come back in the future for needed tune-ups.

Eliezer Marquez I would highly recommend atomic . I Couldn’t get my truck to start so I called atomic based off the good reviews. They were busy for the day but still found time to take a look at my truck . He found the issue in the first hour and asked if I wanted to proceed with repair mind you it was like 11 at night! I was impressed at the man dedication so I accepted , he got the truck to start around 2 or 3 am . His pricing is also fair and reasonable . if you are in need of a good mechanic I would call atomic . He will definitely go out of his way to get you back on the road

Bruce Vesper I think this is the best service center in the Tri-Cities! I have had excellent results every time I have taken one of my vehicles in for service, they do an outstanding job, and the price is certainly fair! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, as the owner is a former Ford certified technician, and he and his staff are all well skilled and very competent repair technicians! The best part is that they will not try to up-sell you on unneeded services, and they do stand behind their work! I have been through a lot of repair shops in town, and Pasco Automotive that Ive finally settled on! I recommend them to everyone, and even have a few of their cards that I keep in my wallet to pass out, when someone asks for a recommendation! My whole family goes there, and many of my friends as well! Not the cleanest and most sparkling shop, but they know their stuff, they do it right, and they stand behind their work! They will also tell you when you are done, what they recommend, as well as what you may need to be concerned with in the future, which I think is the mark of a great auto shop! Try them, Youll like them!!!

Debbie Gregoire I took my Lexus to them for a second opinion and they spoke the truth and gave wise advice after Toyota of Tri-Cities tried to have me spend $6,500 on a repair. They quoted me $5,000 but encouraged me to take it to the Lexus Service in Spokane and reassured me it was still under warranty. I appreciated their integrity and will take my vehicle to them from now on.

Lucas Greenberger Mike is there when you need him, day or night. In my case it was late at night, no garages were open, I was on a road trip, and I was in a jam. He was responsive, honest, and he got the job done for a very reasonable price. It was a huge relief, all around, to find him online and to make contact with him when I needed help. Many thanks again for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible!!
