5 /5 Chris L: Tyler at 360 Automotive really came through for us! He was able to fit us in within 24 hours for a prepurchase inspection on a used car we were considering. They did a really thorough job checking everything out for us and helped us make a good decision on whether the car was a good fit for us in the long run. Easy to make payment and provided a digital copy of the inspection results for us to review. Though the comprehensive inspection was about $200 more than we were quoted by other mechanics, we would highly recommend them as it was by far the most thorough weve seen and we appreciated their feedback and expertise. Well worth it!

1 /5 Andrew Fleming: Took my Chevy Tahoe in to get the bearings looked at just over a week and a half ago. The mechanic told me that the left front drivers side bearing definitely needed to be replaced and that the front passenger side should be redone as well. They wanted to charge me almost 2000 dollars for the front two bearings, so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to a small automotive place in Richland were they said the bearings were absolutley fine and that it was a few cables, cam bolts, and needed an allignment. Trusted them and it fixed my car completely. 360 Automotive charged me 250 dollars for a completely wrong diagnosis.

It had hit an icy road and destroyed the steering rack and pinion and they had it fixed within a week and had it calibrated and alignment taken care of. I only have foreign vehicles and I will continue to use them for my vehicles care. Wayne had outstanding customer service. Pleasure doing business here.

Long story short I was borrowing a car from family back in Portland because my personal car was in the shop getting fixed in Portland. While I was up here the car I was borrowing had it’s check engine light on. Not knowing any reputable mechanics on this area because I live in Portland I was told auto 360 on Clearwater was the place to take it! I explained the whole situation I had going on that this was only a loaner car to me and I needed to get it checked out. They were very attentive and listened to me and thoroughly checked the out the car. They did track down the suspected issue and gave me recommendations to get it back to Portland safely. Overall wonderful people and I would highly recommend trusting them with your car needs

5 /5 STACEY BELT: My car went crazy all at once! I had both a check engine light and a traction control light illuminated. First, let me tell you about the exceptional level they do on the diagnostics and inspection. I have never had a mechanic go to the extent that 360 did. You get a beautiful detailed report that is easy to understand and thorough. It comes with pictures of any system or part that requires fixing. They kept in constant contact with me via email, text and by telephone. Second, I got a free shuttle ride from them back home to to pick up, WHAT!?!? Saved huge amounts of time and money. I didnt have to bother anyone to pick me up because I have people who will help but I hate bothering them to do it. After all was said and done, they checked out all my concerns and got my car back running in the same day. It was expensive but I expected it to be. I dont know anything about cars except where I put the key, how to fill up oil, windshield fluid and gas. I know how to turn it on! I have already scheduled a follow up appointment with them to continue to fix all that is needed on my poor little car. Do yourself and a favor and use these guys. They are friendly, professional and very dedicated to doing their very best job on your car. Thank you 360, Im so glad I was referred to you. You got a.customer for life with me from now on. I look forward to our continued relationship!
