Eliezer Marquez I would highly recommend atomic . I Couldn’t get my truck to start so I called atomic based off the good reviews. They were busy for the day but still found time to take a look at my truck . He found the issue in the first hour and asked if I wanted to proceed with repair mind you it was like 11 at night! I was impressed at the man dedication so I accepted , he got the truck to start around 2 or 3 am . His pricing is also fair and reasonable . if you are in need of a good mechanic I would call atomic . He will definitely go out of his way to get you back on the road

Bruce Vesper I think this is the best service center in the Tri-Cities! I have had excellent results every time I have taken one of my vehicles in for service, they do an outstanding job, and the price is certainly fair! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them, as the owner is a former Ford certified technician, and he and his staff are all well skilled and very competent repair technicians! The best part is that they will not try to up-sell you on unneeded services, and they do stand behind their work! I have been through a lot of repair shops in town, and Pasco Automotive that Ive finally settled on! I recommend them to everyone, and even have a few of their cards that I keep in my wallet to pass out, when someone asks for a recommendation! My whole family goes there, and many of my friends as well! Not the cleanest and most sparkling shop, but they know their stuff, they do it right, and they stand behind their work! They will also tell you when you are done, what they recommend, as well as what you may need to be concerned with in the future, which I think is the mark of a great auto shop! Try them, Youll like them!!!

Seth Gillihan I personally have never had to take a car to Cronks but I work for a company that has picked up and/or droped of dozens of customers there and I have to say I have never once heard a single bad thing about them. In fact they all have expressed nothing but wonderful things about them all the way from how wonderful that staff is, to the amazing work they do, the speed of service is lightning fast, the fact it is a local "ma n pa" shop, the competitive rates ("cheapest in town") their words and how they take pretty stressful experience and turn it into a pleasant and as wonderful experience as one could hope for. If you want a all around great experience I recommend you call the wonderful staff down there Im richland, right across from Fred Meyers. Sharlene Mayse My 2005 RAV4 was sitting for several months because I was in the hospital and then in rehabilitation. Dave jumped my battery and then charged my battery for several hours as well as washing it. Now it’s running great. I appreciate all the time he took to fix it properly; good job Dave!

Justin Ford First off, Andy is a rock star.  I dont use that term lightly, but Ill explain more below. We have been struggling to get our 5.7L I/O running this whole boating season. After having the carb rebuilt elsewhere and being assured that everything was tip top, we dropped the boat in on the Columbia and the boat wouldnt start. After a quick Google search, we found Performance Carburetor Services. We met with Andy around closing time and ran through the issues. The next day, Andy had rebuilt the carb, fixed issues the other mechanic had introduced and then met us on the water to make sure the boat would start and run as it should, and ended up finding the root cause of our issues, which had been a failed electric choke thermostat power line. Andy adjusted the carb to run as is intended, and got us out on the water, and ended up diagnosing an unrelated ignition problem to boot. Andys skill, knowledge, and integrity are top notch. I would drive from Seattle back to tri cities for future maintenance on the boat and my cars for the expertise and professionalism experienced with Andy and Performance Carburetor.
