Megan G My tire blew out, and these professionals were able to fix it at a fair price. $35! As a single mom with not much savings that is a spectacular price. Moreover, Grace and Francisco provided excellent customer service, and ensured all of my needs were met during my visit. This shop doesnt JUST do tires though. I will be back for my brakes and a general tune-up. This shop I highly recommend because they are honorable comment trustworthy and get the job done right the 1st time. Check them out!!!

Faith Garcia I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.

Cindy Harrington Very happy with the service, both automotive and customer. They were going to run a diagnostic but found the problem beforehand. Saving me at least $130. I will definitely be going back. I recommend them highly.

Jennifer Chamberlin Hands down, the best auto shop, Ive ever worked with. The owner has extremely fair pricing and excellent integrity. I had my water pump replaced and a very hard electrical/fuel pump repair. They are kind and thourough and definitely go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical repairs. This is definitely my "go to" shop from now on!!!

Emily Jane Solid & trustworthy! Tyler and his crew are honest, straightforward, and can deal with whatever problem presents. I saw 3 different mechanics prior that could not figure out my battery drain problem, and D&E got me in quick for a quote and did a fantastic job, figured it out and did it for a great price. Ive since got a new rad, some hoses replaced and a list of other issues tended to because I know they care, they will do the best job possible and want to keep you safe while youre on the road. They also give great advice on whatever is going on and go above and beyond to serve there customers. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth Gordon I had the absolute best experience at The Brake Shop! Luke (I believe the owner) personally took care of my car, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was upfront, honest, and took the time to explain everything before doing any work—no surprises, just great service. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and the quality of his work was top-notch. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he also seems like a genuinely kind and good person who truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find a business with this level of integrity and customer care. If you need brake work done, do yourself a favor and go see Luke at The Brake Shop! I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Diana Mast Took my 2008 highlander in for an AC issue. Gaynors mechanic did a whole engine check for us.we had some issue that needed to be addressed now. Was able to get the job done in a record time. I am very happy with out come. Have AC working now and new timing belt and new spark plugs. The mechanic Scott was great explaining everything he did.. the staff were great also. I am going back soon to get another area fixed. I would recommend gaynors for auto repair went to Hazelldell location. Thank you Diana

Kamille Utu This auto shop is awesome. I have had multiple cars go through Davids and I have never been steered wrong with them. They have never pushed for services that werent necessary. David and his staff are very fair and always do their best work. I am very confident that all of my problems will be assessed when I bring my vehicles here. P.S. Stephanie is awesome!
