Never having one of these before I didnt realize it was normal. They couldve easily taken advantage of my lack of experience and knowledge with these type of vans, but didnt. To me that says it all. Good people.

5 /5 Jose Luis Villasis: My elderly mother in law suffered a frontal car accident on her Honda CR-V 2004, which badly affected her cars radiator, she came really depressed asking me for help as to where to take it to try to at least save her car knowing how expensive a total replacement of the radiator could cost her...so I took her to the only place I knew I could get a sincere estimated and quality final job, which is Orchards Automotive, my trusted mechanic and auto service shop. Lauren an his dedicated staff of specialist not only were able to fix what I was considering a total loss radiator but they were also able to make it work as good as it was before the accident, for which and on my mother in law behalf are really thankful since they were able to do, and as Lauren said to me "The best what they could to try to help her with the best possible solution/outcome"...and Orchards automotive it really abided by its words... Summarizing : Orchards automotive is a place where you can find honesty, professionalism and mechanical skills which will outperform every other place in the Vancouver, metro area.
