Robyn Campbell Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Kevin was extremely friendly, easy to talk to very personable. The mechanic that looked over my vehicle was so thorough. It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

Schuyler Troy is a good honest guy that will take care of all your auto needs. He helped me with my Lexus and worked around my time constraints as I was traveling through Vancouver and was needing to reach my destination. Thanks Troy.

Lincoln Wakefield Intended on purchasing a set of tires, MY BAD- they were the wrong size. Super friendly, great communication, quick to respond- all around GREAT service. Again, the wrong tire size was my fault.

Diana Mast Took my 2008 highlander in for an AC issue. Gaynors mechanic did a whole engine check for us.we had some issue that needed to be addressed now. Was able to get the job done in a record time. I am very happy with out come. Have AC working now and new timing belt and new spark plugs. The mechanic Scott was great explaining everything he did.. the staff were great also. I am going back soon to get another area fixed. I would recommend gaynors for auto repair went to Hazelldell location. Thank you Diana

Michael Lewis I do not leave my 1996 corvette with any mechanic. I tried Mountainside auto based on reviews. Mark is the nicest guy to work with. He did all the work I asked him to do and kept me apprised of the how things progressed. Promised he would have my car done on Wednesday and it was done. She is purring like a kitten when I left his place. Mark thanks for great work and what I think is a very honest mechanic and fair pricing. He lived up to all his 5-star reviews. I will be taking my vehicles to him in the future. Again, thanks for taking care of my baby.

Katie Dew I inherited a vehicle and it has been sitting on and off for about a year so I took it to Caseys to get an inspection to ensure it was safe to continue to drive. The service was amazing. I didnt feel like I was being forced into buying a service that I didnt need and my advisor "JH" explained all of the recommended services and placed them in order of priority. He even gave me recommendations for tires. Thank you!

Al Lee I just had an oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change....they did not know how to reset the Oil Change light on the dashboard and for some reason the engine light was on. So I decided I would just reset it myself. This was not as easy as I thought. If you own a BMW or Mercedes....find a business that specializes on these vehicles. I called Bavarian Autoworks located in Vancouver. I talked with Jason and he told me to bring the BMW over and he would look at it. They cleared to Oil Change light....and had to do more work to get the engine light off. Apparently, Valvoline in the rush to get you in and out disconnected some hoses that caused the engine light to go on. Jason and his mechanic took the time to plug back in the hoses and made sure everything was good. I was not trying to save money....but because of convenience....I stopped at a Valvoline. Just stupid. Check out Bavarian Autoworks....they are nice people and give them a chance on your service needs. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you again Team Bavarian Autoworks!!!

stapbl I consider Brown’s Automotive to be one of the best finds we’ve had since moving to Vancouver! It is easy to schedule an appointment and they have always been quick to get the work done. This is especially nice, since I have to wait. The chairs in the waiting area are comfortable, by the way! They are competitive in pricing, have always been honest and reliable. I trust Brown’s completely with my 2015 Lexus hybrid.

Chris has gone above and beyond with not only performing the work correctly and following as close to OEM recommendations as possible to ensure top performance of my investment, but also in taking time to explain and show me the problems. I feel completely satisfied with the quality of work they do, on whatever job I need done.
