1 /5 PNW Cat Lady: **This place is a mess.** I made an appointment a while ago to have my suspension and shocks checked. A few days later, I called to add an oil change, left a voicemail—and of course, no one ever called me back.
When I showed up for the appointment, I was told they only do oil changes on weekends and suspension work has to be done Monday through Friday. That was never communicated to me. I went ahead with the oil change anyway, and they sent me a report saying I needed brakes, rotors, and a brake flush. I agreed, and the manager said if they had the parts, it would be done that day—if not, by 12pm Monday.
Well, here I am on Monday, already dropped off at 1pm, and they’re *just now* starting on my car and told me that the manager did not saying anything to them. They offered $100 off for the delay and the mess, but honestly, this whole experience has been frustrating.
Also—on Saturday, I stood in the lobby for a while with no one at the counter. Keys were just sitting out in the open where anyone could’ve taken them. And they’ve got a sign saying they’re not responsible for stolen vehicles or items. Seriously?
To top it off, while I was waiting, another customer came in and complained that no one was at the counter on the weekend and they’d been waiting. Meanwhile, the manager seems more interested in flirting than actually doing his job. Unbelievable. My first time here and I will not return.
The guy that was at the counter today was the only helpful person.
