5 /5 Faith Garcia: I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.

5 /5 DotcomSecrets Marketing: Best price for synthetic oil change with 11 point inspection. They pointed out a couple of things, but did not try to sell me on getting the repairs done. The also didnt try to sell me a bunch of filters and stuff like other oil change places do. Very professional. Im always taking my car to Rons from now on.

5 /5 Laura P: Ryan was the best! We bought a little trailer and didn’t have the right electrical connections for our SUV. We talked with Ryan and sent him some info on the trailer. He studied the Autowbrake system and got it all figured out before we even took the vehicle in. He educated us about the way it worked, too! So now we are confident on the road knowing all systems are working properly. This is the place to go for all things RV and automotive!

5 /5 Cheri Matthews: Reluctantly took my 2016 Jeep in to see what the problem is...Ryan took great care to try and find alternatives to a costly repair and honestly said it probably wasnt worth it. There was no price gouging or trying to talk me into it. Great, honest facility and will definitely take future vehicles here.

5 /5 Troy Joiner: Our Mercedes Airstream interstate needed a service B. The dealer wanted $1800 and an entire day to complete it. Rons RV did for a 1/4 of the cost and had it done in 3 hours! They gave us a complete inspection report with pictures of everything. They were polite and professional. One of the best things I can say is they are Not looking to take advantage of you. Lots of places will recommend unnecessary maintenance to take advantage of customers. Rons RV is not one of those places. They actually recommended i not have some unnecessary maintenance done (Air filters were clean and didnt need to be changed). I will be going back to them for any RV maintenance I need.
