Nastia V Best experience Ive had at an auto shop to this date. The staff was extremely pleasant. I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.

Alexa Woody I can’t recommend The Auto Shop enough! They saved me nearly $3,000 compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me—and honestly, what the dealership was trying to do felt like a total scam. The guys here are honest, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop you can actually trust. The facility itself is also clean, well-kept, and professional. If you’re looking for a place that won’t take advantage of you and will treat you right, this is it.

Keylesha Susso Michael is an honest and trustworthy mechanic! He fixed everything that was wrong with the car I bought for my daughter. He has fair prices and the car is running like brand new! When there was a delay with me picking up the car he could’ve charged storage fees. But didn’t. He is truly one of a kind! And I value his business and pray God continues to bless everything he does! Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Tracy Chaw I initially went to Patriot Express Tire & Oil just for an oil change, but after I mentioned a noise while driving, they did a free and thorough inspection of my tires and CV axles. They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Dallas, but I still wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve more visibility and higher ratings!

Their quick response and efficient work saved my day. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what they’re doing. It’s rare to find a shop that combines speed, quality work, and genuine care for their customers. Shirley Hung I took my car to get checked out after a service at the dealership - to confirm whether the maintenance issues need to be addressed immediately or can wait. Davenport technicians gave an honest point of view that all the issues could wait (even highlighted that they didnt find a problem that the dealer said was there). In addition, they rotated the tires as part of the lookover service that they conducted. This second opinion was certainly worth the extra little $ and time that I spent. I will be taking my car to Davenport for servicing in the first instance in the future. Thanks!!!

J Bull called sat morning to get my a/c looked at, was able to take it straight over and Cesar checked it out while I waited. the system was low on refrigerant so after a quick recharge he had me on my way. very reasonable price!

Michael Harrison I was offered a very generous price for a water pump replacement and the customer service was incredibly friendly. Had my car repaired in less than a day and they showed me exactly what was wrong with the part after it had been removed. Highly recommend!
