Jason Moschos Prompt and high quality service at an excellent price. My car would not start and a jump was not working. He came out, diagnosed the issue (failing alternator killed the battery), and replaced the battery all same day and for less than just the cost of the tow to a mechanic would have been. Cannot recommend enough if you are lucky enough to be at home when your car dies!

Grace L I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Im extremely happy with the services. Ill be returning soon with my daughters Honda Civic.

Tracy Chaw I initially went to Patriot Express Tire & Oil just for an oil change, but after I mentioned a noise while driving, they did a free and thorough inspection of my tires and CV axles. They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Dallas, but I still wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve more visibility and higher ratings!

The staff was professional, respectful, and provided outstanding customer service. Their facility is spotless, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a hassle-free experience!

Alyssa Bennett I cannot say enough about what Scott and his crew have done for me. I moved to Texas a little over a year ago, up until April this year I had never seen hail in my life! I spoke to a few other places and decided to call Auto Hail Pros Just on a whim, and something just felt right about Scott! I will say it did take Just about 3 weeks, but one entire week of that we were just waiting on the insurance agent to come look at my car. Well worth the wait, and it helps they paid for my rental!! As a little bonus Scott even gave me a $100 gift card to a car wash. I mean how fantastic? My car looks great, and I am more than happy. Thank you to Scott and everyone who worked on my car!!

Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Jinyoung Park-Turner I had a few maintenance items to take care of and I went to Yelp to secure some quotes from local mechanics. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.
