I came back to get my brakes done and an alignment that they recommend the last time I was here. It didnt take that long and my car brakes so much better and driving so much smoother. Will be back!!! Jessica H I have been bringing my Volkswagen GTI here for years. They are a family run honest company. Theyve also sent me home when there was not actually something wrong with my car, or the problem could be solved on my own. The owner said he wont replace a part that isnt broken. I really appreciate them, theyre a gem in Plano. Thank you for keeping my girl running smoothly! I could not go into the Volkswagen dealer in Richardson or McKinney without them finding $1000 minimum of repairs on my car. The red flag, their sales department was also really desperate to buy my car every time. Its a manual and a niche of people still really want those. If it was that "broken", why would they want it so badly? An oil leak that they quoted me $960 to repair, once I cleaned my engine bay, magically disappeared, and hasnt come back for 6 years now. What really happened was whoever changed my oil last spilled some oil down the side of my engine, and the dealership thought that was an oil leak. Nope, no more greedy dealerships. So overjoyed that I found a local business to support like Tommys. I have also recommended them to all my coworkers who drive European cars.

Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. J Bull called sat morning to get my a/c looked at, was able to take it straight over and Cesar checked it out while I waited. the system was low on refrigerant so after a quick recharge he had me on my way. very reasonable price!

Shu Hazinski People there were super friendly and they explained everything clearly and transparent. The shop was really nice and cozy. They even washed the car and vacuumed interior. I would definitely take my car for any future services!

Michaela Hardy They definitely live up to the name and showed Integrity start to finish! I found this place due to high reviews and I see why they have the rating they do. Their prices are fair and competitive with the area. If you find a lower price, I doubt you will find better customer service than you will receive here. It’s unmatched and top notch. From assisting with my transportation, to warranty on the parts, to complimentary soda/ coffee/water, thank you note, and all friendly helpful staff. They answered my many many questions and need for explanation / education with patience and clarity. They were upfront on all pricing and will not proceed until you sign and accept. The app they use is also very helpful to have everything digital to see and read what was done or wrong with pictures. Would highly recommend them. Also as a female, sometimes coming to these places can feel very uncomfortable. It’s important to me that everyone made me feel comfortable and respected. They definitely strive for excellence and to make sure the customer is satisfied.
