Very friendly, knowledgeable, will give his best opinion but will not force it upon you. Very responsive over text and keeps you updated throughout the service. David Or Highly recommended! My car broke because of transmission issues. Dealership told me it had to be replaced. They are charging me so much money. Glenda and her team did a great job fixing our car for a great price! The car drives better than ever. They even cleaned out our headlights. They used to be yellow and now they looked brand new. Glad to find this repair car place and will now be my number one place for repairs!

Jinyoung Park-Turner I had a few maintenance items to take care of and I went to Yelp to secure some quotes from local mechanics. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

Nastia V Best experience Ive had at an auto shop to this date. The staff was extremely pleasant. I appreciate being shown my car while being told the recommended additional services, and not being pressured into adding them on immediately. They also fully explained to me what each of the suggested services are and why theyre needed. Also, they were pretty quick with the oil change I came in for! All in all, 10/10 experience.

Jason Moschos Prompt and high quality service at an excellent price. My car would not start and a jump was not working. He came out, diagnosed the issue (failing alternator killed the battery), and replaced the battery all same day and for less than just the cost of the tow to a mechanic would have been. Cannot recommend enough if you are lucky enough to be at home when your car dies!
