Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will. Alyssa Bennett I cannot say enough about what Scott and his crew have done for me. I moved to Texas a little over a year ago, up until April this year I had never seen hail in my life! I spoke to a few other places and decided to call Auto Hail Pros Just on a whim, and something just felt right about Scott! I will say it did take Just about 3 weeks, but one entire week of that we were just waiting on the insurance agent to come look at my car. Well worth the wait, and it helps they paid for my rental!! As a little bonus Scott even gave me a $100 gift card to a car wash. I mean how fantastic? My car looks great, and I am more than happy. Thank you to Scott and everyone who worked on my car!!

Bernadette Garcia I highly recommend this Automotive shop! They won’t let you down & guarantee their work! I’ve been going here for all my repairs for a few years. Recently I had to go in for several repairs. The staff is so friendly & great at what they do! Billy & Walter went above and beyond in getting all repairs done properly. Walter was so patient in educating me on my vehicle’s issues & what needed to be done. Billy made sure the repairs that had been made were perfect & even did a Goodwill repair for me that I wasn’t expecting. I love that it’s a family owned small business that work with high standards & so much integrity. Thank you to all the staff for taking great care of my vehicle repairs! David Or Highly recommended! My car broke because of transmission issues. Dealership told me it had to be replaced. They are charging me so much money. Glenda and her team did a great job fixing our car for a great price! The car drives better than ever. They even cleaned out our headlights. They used to be yellow and now they looked brand new. Jinyoung Park-Turner I had a few maintenance items to take care of and I went to Yelp to secure some quotes from local mechanics. Honesty Automotive answered all of my many questions and never seemed annoyed with me. It was clear that they would value my business far more than anyone else I was getting a quote from. So l decided to get the work done here. I called about making an appointment and they immediately found my quote, making the transition from the Yelp conversation to phone very smooth. And when I got there, they knew it was me. It was so nice to not have to explain everything all over again at each touch point. The shop is about half an hour away from my place so l opted to wait there and work. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was courteous and did their best to keep me apprised of what was going on with my car. There was zero surprise when it came time for me to pay for the services. It was exactly what we had agreed on. There was a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty with the work, and I already had to use it because my car was making a strange sound. They had their best Honda guy take a look and he identified and fixed the issue super quickly at no cost to me. I highly recommend Honesty Automotive.

J Bull called sat morning to get my a/c looked at, was able to take it straight over and Cesar checked it out while I waited. the system was low on refrigerant so after a quick recharge he had me on my way. very reasonable price!
