Grace L I just drove from Denton to this Plano location at Intergrity 1st Car Pros. Shoutout to Tanner, Jason and Steven for taking care of my Kia Sorento. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge that the entire team here has shown me. I was able to get new spark plugs and Fuel Induction service done. I didnt have an appointment but Tanner was able.to assist me immediately. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was also given a free lyft ride to run errands. Money Maker This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a repair shop. These guys are professional. Melanie, her manager, and everybody I interacted with were very helpful. I was updated daily by Melanie, and she made sure to accommodate every request I’ve had. I just got my car, so I can’t comment on the actual repair just yet. But based on everything else, I will.
