The team is highly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to BMWs and other European cars. They took the time to explain the necessary repairs and even suggested maintenance tips to keep my car in top shape. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden surprises. My car was ready on time, and I could tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop for Domestic and European cars in the Plano area, I highly recommend Bavarian Auto Care!

1 /5 Vijay Pasam: This shop is very sketchy and they cheat their customers in every possible way. I would give negative 5 stars to this shop if possible. This is the saga of our car repair that took place over a period of 8 weeks. I dealt with the owner all along. We had an issue with battery drain for our vehicle and brought the car here. They took overall 8 weeks and when we got our vehicle back at the end of it, they said they didn’t fix the actual problem. Their initial claim was that the vehicle had rodent damage and they need to diagnose where the damage is. They took 4 weeks and they eventually couldn’t figure out, took it dealer and got repaired. Then they kept the vehicle for another 2 weeks where they claimed they replaced alternator. When they said it’s ready for pickup, they shocked us with two things. One is we have to pay all $7k in cash to release the vehicle. Then they can’t warranty it because the actual root cause of the wiring harness wasn’t repaired. I talked to the insurance many times during this entire saga and the shop never shared anything with them. At the end they sent a $11k bill with all sorts of non sense in it. The insurance company agent said, they have never seen an estimate like this in his 22 year career. But insurance company took care of us in spite of this shop’s persistent problems. Here is the kicker. We took the vehicle to the dealership they repaired the vehicle and they said the vehicle doesn’t need any harness repair. They don’t believe there wasn’t any rodent damage either. The fix they did was a routine fix but they had to bring advanced diagnostics. These guys kept telling us lies all along which the insurance company and the dealership confirmed. Just save time and go to the dealership, they cost the same as these guys but at least they will be more reliable. If you end up here, just be prepared for the pain.

1 /5 Renee Huff: Bavarian Autocare GOOGLE REVIEW Renee Huff *** 7-23-24 UPDATE TRUCK IS NOW AT TOYOTA ANTICIPATING TO BE MADE WHOLE**** Will update and/or remove upon completion. ****As of 7-19-24 UPDATE-$1824.00 Owner still has NOT PAID TOYOTA for the DAMAGE they caused**** *** DAMAGED my truck DO NOT USE BAVARIAN AUTOCARE for ANYTHING***** If I could give 1/2 STAR, I would! On 7-9-2024. I purchased a hard retractable bedcover for my recently purchased 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport truck, 19k miles on it, and PRISTEEN condition. BAVARIAN AUTOCARE was listed as certified installers. I took my truck in Friday morning 7-12-2024 around 10:45am for installation. They told me that it would take between 45min to 2 hours to install. We called back around 1-1:3O, but they said they needed another hour to finish. We picked it up around 2:11pm. Upon picking up my truck, everything LOOKED fine and the bedcover performed as supposed to. HOWEVER, on 7-14-24 Sunday morning, we went to Walmart Neighborhood Market, to fill the truck up with gas. As soon as I placed the hose into gas tank the gas started spilling out of the side of my truck. I had only put in about $2.00 worth of gas. I drove my truck back home, which was across the street. My husband and son discovered that BAVARIAN AUTOCARE, had drilled a hole into my fuel line, when attempting to put in the drain lines for the cover. They took my truck to Toyota to get an estimate for the repair. We then arrived at BAVARIAN AUTO CARE, 700 Parker LLC. at 9:00 am sharp with estimate of approximately $1824.00, in hand. We supposedly spoke to the owner of 700 Parker LLC, and after showing him the pictures and then the actual DAMAGE, he admitted that yes, that’s where we drilled too far down, and into my fuel line hose. We thought that this was a reputable place since it was one of the certified installers that was given to us. However, he didn’t want to pay for Toyota to repair it correctly, he wanted to do it himself!! We told him ABSOLUTELY NOT! We trusted you to install a bed liner, and you screwed that up and drilled through my fuel line, we darn sure aren’t going to trust you to repair my fueling to my truck! We had already given Toyota $1k for them to order the parts, and it will be a 2 day job. He hemmed and hawed and stalled and made excuses of why we didn’t need to take it to Toyota for repair and that he’d could do it. THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! I’m only writing this review, because I don’t want anybody else to be VICTIMIZED by BAVARIAN AUTOCARE 700 Parker LLC. This review will be removed ONLY when we have been made WHOLE, through Toyota, and upon BAVARIAN AUTOCARE paying for the damage they caused. As of tonight, 7-15-2024 9:42pm they still have not agreed to pay for the damage they caused. I repeat, this HONEST & BAD review will remain until work is completed through Toyota, and not a minute before.  ***UPDATE 7-24-2025 These THIEVES of Bavarian Auto Care** have defied the court order to pay us our money back. We have refiled,and plan on placing a lien on this shop, since they refuse to obey the law! I guess after a year they thought we’d forget! I wish I could rate it -0 stars

They diagnosed the issue with my BMW 525 quickly and clearly explained the repairs, along with an accurate estimate. The work was completed on time, and I appreciate that they kept me updated throughout the process . they even gave me tips on how to prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend Bavarian Auto care for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and reasonably priced auto repair services.
