Qadira Al-Mahi Went for a pre-purchase inspection and am so glad I did! The process took about an hour which was much quicker than I’d expected. The car I brought in looked good on paper and drove decently, but Paul and the older gentleman identified a ton of rusting, erosion, and other major safety concerns. They were very professional, explained everything to me in layman’s terms, and advised that retaining the car would just be a major headache trying to repair over the years. I took their advice to pass on the vehicle and will definitely bring anything else I’m considering in to them for a once over.

Jimmy Le I brought my Audi in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on March 3rd with a few concerns, one of them being that the coolant level was below the minimum line. Less than a year ago, I had the coolant water pump replaced at this shop, so I wanted them to check if the issue was related and potentially covered under warranty. They suspected a heater hose leak as the cause. When I picked up my car, I asked them to top off the coolant. However, once I got home, I noticed coolant sputtering from a hairline crack in the expansion tank — which turned out to be the actual source of the leak. This critical issue was completely missed during their inspection. More concerning, when I later changed my oil, I discovered that three underbody panels were missing from my car. I had unknowingly been driving without them for nearly a month. No one at the shop informed me that the panels had been removed or that they failed to reinstall them. It is unbelievable to know that someone who worked on my car ignored the fact that they did not reinstall my panels. I originally trusted this shop because of their high ratings and even returned to them for multiple repairs. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer fully trust them. *****Update: After I posted my review, Jon, from Euro Auto, reached out to me the very next day. He apologized for what happened and let me know he’s using it as a learning moment for his team. You can tell he really cares about his business and how his customers feel. Jon went out of his way to make things right and offered great customer service to earn back my trust. I really appreciate that kind of effort, and because of it, I’ll be updating my rating of Euro Auto.

Betsy Brecheen EurAuto is amazing! The great experience began when Nolan provided me a ride to the rental car company and stayed until he was sure that I was taken care of. He kept me informed of the needed repairs and the time line. Because my car needed an additional repair after they were done, they transferred it to the dealership for me. Their awesome customer service continued even after it was no longer at their shop. Nolan stayed in contact with the dealership and provided updates to me. When my car was ready, he had a Lyft take me from the rental car facility in Plano to the dealership in McKinney. Amazing! The repairs to my car were done with accuracy and skill, and the customer service was above and beyond!

The staff is always friendly, and getting my car serviced is normally pretty fast. My car is normally done on the same day that I dropped it off. They offer free Uber rides home and free Uber rides back to pick up your vehicle. All around great auto shop.

Mac Money Mom We’ve been going to Sun Auto since back when they were Caliber—ever since my son was a baby! Now he’s 7, and he still looks forward to our trips to the “oil change place.” Between the free hot cocoa, indoor play area, iPads, WiFi, and TV, what used to feel like a chore has turned into a fun little outing for the two of us.
