St. Barnabas Hospital Emergency Room - Bronx (NY)

Kiara Ramos I recently had my baby 9-24-24 at this hospital. At first I was scared because of all the negative reviews HOWEVER I’m very happy with my decision with the nurses and labor and delivery team. They answered my call button quickly the nurses were very friendly and helpful they made sure that me and my baby boy were taken very good care of. I had my own private room with free T.V. The food was very delicious and had flavor.upon discharge I was given a free diaper bag filled with baby Essentials and postpartum care plus not to mention a free beautifully made fruit basket filled with cakes and fruit. I would most definitely come back here again and I highly recommend the labor and delivery unit . Thank you St.Barnabas for your excellent service !!

From the very first appointment, Dr. Pan and his team made me feel supported, listened to, and confident in my pregnancy journey. His professionalism, compassionate approach, and attention to detail truly set him apart. When it came time for delivery, I knew I was in the best hands. Dr. Pan was calm, reassuring, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and comfortable. His team was also outstanding, providing exceptional care and support every step of the way. I can’t recommend Dr. Edwin Pan highly enough. Amanda Reid The sonogram technician really needs to be switched out. It’s a certain level of “Bedside” manners and giving the patient great experience while pregnant with child. Such a cold experience to go through in that basement where the sonograms take place. Working in the medical field, you have to understand the contagion of moods. It leaves an impression on the hospital/Clinic

Soraya Pares I had a great visit with Dr. C the podiatrist. He was very straight forward and explained the ways of receiving care for the reason i came. Very well educated. and also am a patient from the ACS on the first floor for a very long time Dr Jason Leader is a wonderful provider with great knowledge and a very good listener.

Rita Labuzova I am from Brooklyn and I compared my experience with Presbyterian hospital. Waiting time for my appointment much better. Everyone is trying to help you, because the hospital is huge and it is not easy to find right please, but everyone comes to help. Knowledgeable doctors. I give 5 stars.

Babs Cast I give them five stars because I am diabetic and they on it like definitely on it. The only thing I don’t like is back to back appointments. I do not receive Medicaid and this is out come from my pockets so financially it hurts a little bit but as for the doctors, they perfectly great great, the only thing I said is back to back appointment for the same thing with different doctors but other than that, they absolutely great

Hailey Sky My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

Ivan my son was born in this hospital. thanks to all the nurses, midwives, doctors, and staff that made this process as smooth as possible. we spent 5 days in this hospital and every staff member we had was kind, patient, and understanding!
