Gabriel Smart-Abbey Very efficient and dedicated personnel. From the front desk to meeting the doctor, excellent care and attention was given specifically to my case. The doctor who saw me was very attentive and willing to make sure she got her diagnosis right. Thanks to all the staff at the Westchester Avenue location. I’m grateful.

Hailey Sky My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

Ivan my son was born in this hospital. thanks to all the nurses, midwives, doctors, and staff that made this process as smooth as possible. we spent 5 days in this hospital and every staff member we had was kind, patient, and understanding!

Lian Valera Incredible rude receptionists. I was shocked how nasty they talk to patients and the lack of professionalism in that office. The blonde lady who stepped in later to help me seeing my distress in my face was very kind and compassionate (I thank her deeply for stepping in). Elie was showed little care for my situation or distress but at least wasn’t blunt out rude. The other dark skin really flat out rude. The third receptionist with long black hark, dark skin was nasty, kept making disparaging comment about me, and other patients and staff members right in front of me. That women should me removed from any medical setting. She will single-handily ruin the reputation of that practice.

Jeremy jason Figuereo This is the worst hospital in USA, I came to the ER with my Daughter she was really sick and I wait more than 3 hour just in the waiting área and when i came to the front desk they said my 13 years old daughter wasnt priority.

Lavender Purple Im giving 5 stars for unexpected reasons. This doctor is bad but I kept her as my doctor for certain reasons. Firstly, I dont trust male doctors. I hate them. So Im glad that this doctor is a female. Secondly, this medical practice doesnt aggressively force people to get vaccines and stuff like that. I hate doctors that aggressively pressure their patients to get vaccines that are not mandatory. So Im glad that this practice doesnt pressure their patients. So far I havent encountered any problems with this doctor. But thats because she barely talks to me and she sees me for only like a few minutes and the assistants do everything else. I dont want a "professional and nice" doctor because they are usually the ones that pressure their patients to get vaccines and stuff like that.

appolloyon7 Excellent hospital they saved my female partner of 33 years gave her a whole new outlook on life when cancer ravaged her chewed her up and spit her out they treat you like family and really helped to save her life again They are top notch excellent service great professionals in life and all services of healthcare This hospital is unparalleled in excellence and God has blessed them and will continue to shine on us all who had the opportunity for second chances in crazy NYC

Lisa Caines Im currently at this facility seeing Dr Raggio, who I hope will be my families dentist for a long time. Dr Raggio has giving me back my faith in my what a dentist show be like . He treats my family and I as a human beings not as a number, he communicates what hes doing and what needs to be done. He respects his patients and makes you feel comfortable to be at the dentist which we all know is not a place we wanna be, going through the nychhc system you tend to get ignore and get treated as a number. This place was recommended to me by my cousin.we have to travel outside our neighborhood ,but it is worth it.The facility is clean the people are friendly and very very professional.

Ruth Mcdaniels Their surgery scheduling is the worst,they tell you one time an dont see you for hours and hours.Just like Mt Sinai, I wonder if they are connected . This is a mental mill.
