2 /5 Wilfredo Torre: I had to wait about an hour. As the doctor was late. When he came in. He didn’t even acknowledged his lateness nor apologize for it. Also I have been to this clinic before and was never charge anything out of pocket. However this time a bill was sent to my house. With no explanation or breakdown. Very unprofessional . .

5 /5 vaughn holloway: I suffered for many years with Sinus infections, constant, countless tests and nothing ... some Doctors said it was a Vitamin D deficiency yada yada but nothing . Constant antibiotics wasnt helping . It wasnt till one Dr decided to give me a d allergy test and lo and behold thats what it was. So I started the weekly , bi weekly and eventually monthly allergy shots and its like night and day. Havent had a sinus infection in years .. I am extremely happy. Dr. Goldstein changed my quality of life for the better. If you have allergies or any ear and note issues I highly recommend giving them a call.

5 /5 Hanan Moon: My first visit to this place was excellent. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Dr. Steven was very nice to me and understood my situation. I am not good in English and provided me with an interpreter there with very good care and cleanliness. I did not wait much. Now I use the treatment prescribed by the doctor and I hope to improve. Thank you all.

1 /5 Sam R: Speaking from my personal experience- I do not recommend Dr. Cohen. I saw him in February 2024 and he told me everything was perfect with my ears. I came to find out today after seeing another Otolaryngologist that there in fact is something major going on with my ears. My hearing is not "perfect", I have hearing loss. The office is well maintained and beautiful reception area but, I do not recommend this practice if you have a concern. I made the extra drive to WPH and the service there is outstanding. Ive gone 3 months based of Dr. Cohens diagnosis feeling drained and overwhelmed with how my daily life has been changing. Today is the first day I finally understand whats happening thanks to doctors at WPH.

2 /5 McNamara Felicia “Gadget”: I want to give one star, but the other staff was the reason I did not walk out the door after seeing Dr. Smith right away because they actually have a bedside mannor and actually listened to my medical history. Walking into my appointment was great and staff helpful as I am SLDHD Dyslexic. But when Dr. Smith came in I already could see he was not gonna fully listen to my back story to find out why I was there and that I needed a cyst removed tgat had ruptured three time since January and a second hearing test to make sure my first one was right. I also wanted to ask about my other injuries such as my deviated septum. During his "check up" all he kept saying was "Stop using q-tips and your ears wont bleed". Then when I told him I only use them on the outside of my ear he said "I dont see wax or oil so I know you are". Just kept not wanting to here the reasons as I use (a doctor taught me) the Asian Ear Picks because of my cyst and them having to be removed or broke to release the pressure.. The only good part was the hearing test and staff as they listened to me and understood why I was there. Even the Audiologist who did the hearing test tried to get me to talk with Dr. Smith after, but I just took my results and walked out after the nurse who helped me explained which type of doctor could removed the cyst. I would have liked to stay at this office for my other issues, but no thank you... Dr. Smith just probably saw my insurance and was like subpar patient. Or something cause not my fault Dr. Smith would not listen to me about whyvI was there fully. I wish doctors listen to their patients instead of saying what they think happened to bring then to the office. 0 Stars for Dr. Smith 10 stars for Staff Overall I will not be coming back and will make sure if he is at any hospital to leave too or speak to management because I do not trust a doctor who doesnt listen to find out what happened...
