Nathan Salimeda Dr. Rodriguez SAVED MY LIFE!!! I was diagnosed with strep throat and it had progressed to a point where even my own saliva had become almost impossible to swallow. With his efficient and timely treatment, I received relief within 24 hours and was immediately ready to tackle the world again! I cannot express just how thankful I am for Dr. Rodriguez’s treatment and the professionalism and friendliness of him and his staff! Thank you, Dr. Rodriguez - you truly have saved my life!

Stone Peter The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The office seemed to be very well run. The medical assistant, Paola, was efficient and at the same time very friendly and calming. The The doctor took his time and explained things thoroughly to my satisfaction. He had a very pleasant demeanor yet obviously confident. Overall, I was very satisfied with the visit and look forward to the next.

Hailey Sky My uncle was here. The staff in the ER was very helpful. Norma the patient experience coordinator was very informative. The case managers who helped placed my uncle in a nursing home was very patient and kind. And informed me about every thing I needed during the process.. The entire staff is very compassionate about their job. And was very loving towards my uncle. Also my uncles pcp was Dr.Dave ( best internal medicine doctor) also stood on top of him during his stay.

Ali Algaheim This Health center is all a parent would ever want in their neighborhood, the staff there treat you like family, they would make you feel special in a way! The pediatricians there are also as good, they play with children, make noises with infant, i don’t even like Jacobi but The staff here are the reason why I have decided to bring my children here! Good luck and keep up the good work.

Anam I need a physical form for my kid’s school after calling we were told to go there with the FORM but when I went there round 4:30pm it was empty and 3 people in the reception talking to each other, so I waited in line they were talking rudely about me after sometime one of then called me over and said “how can I help” and guess what she was pretty rude and only needed name DOB and address I said I was told on the phone to bring the form I was trying to give her the form she was again in a very rude attitude told me not I don’t need that what a waste of my time. unnecessarily made me go there plus so rude. Montefiore use to be so good what happened ?

Vonnesha Ripley Great staffing, always clean, fast service, shuttle bus drops off and picks up. But you have to make sure that your not sitting in a long line of traffic. The 24 bus runs through here as well too.

Soils Minor I Live the doctor a lot. service is good. She is sweet. BUT After your appointment they automatically create more appointments on your behalf even if you dont request them. And for the rest of your life you have to call in to cancel these appointments that are emailed and voicemail to you. its annoying! I even told them I am moving to Japan just to get it to stop and 3 weeks later I got emailed to confirm another appointment.

Luz Daniela De Luna The worst hospital ever. I have been sick for two months, the girl who helped me had to do an ultrasound to see what situation I had and because my blood came out negative “not pregnant” she sent me home. Today I am at Mount Sinai with the same situation and they immediately took me to the emergency room, changed my clothes, 3 doctors have come and I have only been here for an hour. I went to 168th at 01:00 pm and left at 02:33 am with the only news that I am not pregnant and to come back if I keep vomiting, if clearly my problem is my stomach not a pregnancy. They should change all the personnel, those including students who do not even know how to put an injection. The one who helped me to I had to tell her where the vein was since she did not know what she was doing. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Moon Time I been taking my newborn here since he was born and they are very professional and very thorough. They listen and give actual advice. I highly recommend coming here for at least the pediatrics department.
