1 /5 T PEREZ: On March 2nd 2020, I was told that I can bring my daughter in as a walk in Mondays- Fridays from 8am to 10:30am. On March 3rd 2020 I brought my daughter in as a walk in. I got there at 10am I was told that my daughter cannot be seen today. I said why not, the receptionist said to me, your daughter cannot be seen today. I said why, she said we do not accept walk ins. I said I called on March 2nd 2020, I was told that I can bring my daughter as a walk in. So she was not trying to hear me out. I said, can I speak to a supervisor. I explained to the supervisor that I called and emailed my daughters doctor and I also called the 1650 1650 Selwyn Avenue 3rd floor was told that my daughter can come in as a walk in, plus I wasted $20 on a taxi, the supervisor said unfortunately theres nothing I can do. I said there is something you can do my daughter needs to be seen this morning, I have to go to work this afternoon and today before 1pm is my only day and time to do this. I work and go to school the rest of the week. Theres nothing we can do said the supervisor. I am not coming back to this hospital for services for my child. The staff are unprofessional, give false information over the phone, give you a hard time to reschedule appointment, nasty, lazy do not want to help the patients and have you sitting there for a long time. This hospital forgot that the patients is the ones that pays their bills and give them a paycheck. I do not recommend this hospital.
