1 /5 Cindy Noll: We scheduled an appointment for our truck, waited a week till they could get us in, dropped off the truck on Sept 4th for a Sept 5th appointment. We had no reason to believe that the truck would be sitting in a parking lot until they were able to get to it. Called Sept 6th to get an update to find out they wont get to it till the following week. I am furious, we only have one vehicle and were not told it would sit. Why did we schedule an appointment? We were not informed of any of this. We lost work, need to do local feed mill errands to keep our farm running amongst other local errands, the truck can stay with us until they are ready to work on it, this is poor business practice to leave customers hanging. Very irritated and disappointed.
