5 /5 Ken Murphy: Ive been using Mavis for years. Stopped in after taking a gash in the sidewall of one my tires. Checked the status of my roadside protection and had me back out the door with a replacement mounted and balanced in about 15 minutes. The service here is excellent.

My experience from over the phone, to dropping off my vehicle, and picking it up, was professional and friendly and I felt like I was in very good hands from start to finish. I could have gone with a cheaper tire but what’s the sense if I would have to replace it in half the time. Let’s skip the pros and cons right now…the moment I drove away I noticed the difference. The recommendation was beyond spot on!!! When I bought my car it had new tires…these tires are by far better. The cushion and traction is unmatched. I told Justin what I needed and he gave me EXACTLY (and more) that. He gave me from the bottom to the top and everywhere in between. I didn’t feel pushed into purchasing one tire over another. He recommended based on my needs and what I do and how I drive and I only wish I had come in sooner. I will be back for my next set!! I could have been stuck waiting all weekend for my not in stock low profile tires. He was terrific. On a hot busy day he somehow made last second arrangements to get tires from Syracuse and then he personally helped install them when the other guys were busy. Amazing. My luck to run into this gem of a business. Thank you Justin and team Mavis of Auburn. Don’t buy cars with low profile tires!
