Michael Crandell I purchased a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium from Matthews Ford in Norwich in November of 2024. The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.

Jamie Williams-Blunt Goldens Auto Service has been great to work with. Rich listens to the issues I have with my vehicle and looks into them. He sends a message in advance letting me have the choice to either approve or decline to do repairs on my vehicle. I trust Rich with making sure my vehicle is safe. Shorty Sam was a very knowledgeable salesman. He was courteous and not pushy at all, which was a plus to me because a pushy salesman will make me go elsewhere. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he found it. He offered me other suggestions in case they couldnt find exactly what I wanted. They didnt have the color I wanted, so he reached to other dealerships and found the one I wanted. He put up with my numerous phone calls while they were looking for the trailblazer I wanted. All in all when I go looking for my next vehicle I will first see what McCredy has to offer and if Sam is still working there I will go see him first. Thank you Sam and McCredy Motors.

Tyler Luyster Amanda is awesome- anytime I need a rental, she has one. She’s very helpful in understanding the repairs process and walks you through what you need to do. If there’s an issue, she’ll do what you can to make it right. The boys in the shop are top notch. I have had a couple of cars repaired there and there was never any issues. I haven’t had their towing service yet, but I know Tim knows his stuff and will probably do his best to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
